There are two managers up there that have no business being managers at all, they are rude and disrespectful to there coworkers, I will tell you two that stood out the most and make it so disgusting to go there, number one. Lisa I believe is her name. There was a new girl at the register, Gretchen I believe who was asking questions on how to do make one of there milkshakes, Lissa turns around and says are you that stupid, just go away and do something else. She then turns to me and says “ I’m sorry the new girls slow and stupid I’ll have it right out for you.” I had to walk away idc if I had already paid I was so disgusted at this lady’s actions and how they let her be in charge. And it’s the same every time she’s there with every employee she treats them like two year olds and snaps and demeans them infron of customers. Number two kailey, she seems to be under the impression that in order to be a manager you have to micro manage everyone same person at the register with 10 people all wanting to get there order, Gretchen is work as fast as she can with no help when her comes storm kailey almost yelling “I have other things todo you idiot, either you handle this or I’ll tell Armando you can’t even follow simple instructions” the girl at the register goes to say something and kailey says “shut up or I’ll call Armando and report you as talking back” she should never have been promoted or hired, I will never go here again while those two are there. Not only are they terrifying there coworkers who can’t say anything with out fear of reprisal but management just lets it happen completely disgusting. I apologize for the word wall and any grammar mistakes, I’m just tired of it and had to help these guys speak up when they’re afraid to and can’t or they get written...
Read moreMy husband noticed that the guy fixing the food did not wear gloves. He asked the young man at the register if they are supposed to wear gloves to handle food and he said yes, then turned and told the guy to put some gloves on. He was pretty much done making our food when he put them on. My husband called the store number and complained. The manager told him she would repeat the order for free and apologized. We went today to get our free food and the same guy was back there with another co-worker. They started preparing the food and one of them said "that's they guy that complained" the co-worker said "he was crying like a lil B*#&%" my husband heard that and ignored it but started to stare to make sure they didn't do anything to the food. Then one of them said "What the F%#& are you staring at". My husband didn't say anything and instead told our kids "lets go, we can come back another day". He was very upset and decided to leave to avoid further problems because he was with our kids and what he really wanted to do was go back there and teach those little kids a lesson. Its sad that there is only one Arbys in Tyler, we plan to NEVER eat there again. The people are rude, disrespectful and we feel like they probably would spit in our food if we went back because we complained about something they are required to do, by law. When my husband walked in, they were back there eating cheese sticks while preparing someone else food and not wearing gloves (again). The lady that walked out, an EMT medic, told him "good luck" when she left. That should have been a sign. I am sure we are not the only people being mistreated, but possibly the only one to make you aware of...
Read moreI love Arby’s and was craving the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich. Sunday afternoon around 6:15 pm on Sept. 13, my family went there for dinner. I understand they were busy, but I never expect them to rush orders when they are busy like that. Me, my husband, adult son and adult daughters and grandsons were In two separate vehicles. Four of us got the sandwich I was wanting - the Turkey bacon ranch. There was not a lot of meat, the sandwich wasn’t cut in half like they always do, there was very little sauce in the sandwich. It was not like any Arby’s we have ever had. No one in the drive thru or inside the kitchen that we could see had in masks. To top it off, not only were we disappointed in the sandwich, we all started having stomach pains 30 min to an hour after eating. This is the second time my daughter has eaten there and has felt sick afterwards. The pain and illness lasted hours after we hate. The girl at the drive thru window wasn’t friendly, though the lady who took our order was very friendly. I love Arby’s! But this one, I doubt we will ever go back. Hope they can turn things around. Take time to get food orders correct. We don’t expect you to rush, because now all we can remember is how horrible the meal was and four of us feeling...
