Burger King — Restaurant in Tyler

Every Single time that I visit this location, I’m asked to move forward out of the drive-through window because they don’t want to run up their timer and it takes an unnecessarily long time to make my food. There have been times I’ve been in the drive-through where six cars have gone from behind me while I’m still waiting at the edge of the drive-through or around the corner by the dumpster, very tight curb to be asking someone to wait and number two drivers behind you are either dumb or unskilled enough to learn how to go around someone. From now on, I will pick any other Burger King, except for this one, don’t waste your time all...

I frequent this location at least once a week and I am always impressed with the quality of food and service. There are two young ladies Harla and Keyera who always stand out. They always greet you with a welcoming smile which is contagious. They are both patient with the elderly and the challenged which nowadays very rare. I am also grateful to say that this store also employs those with disabilities and the more senior staff. The other staff work very well together as well. I would recommend this location any day....

We visited here on 5/27/15 at 5:30pm. The food was ok, the fries were way too salty. The girl at the register did good but acted like it was her first day at work, very slow. One of the employees (I think the manager) kid was in the lobby eating and causing a scene the whole time we were there and nothing was done about it.
