Tbh this is the worst boba tea I have ever had. Im not sure if it has good ratings because of the lack of options in the Tyler area or what. But the place in the mall is MUCH better. First let me start by saying what I ordered. A Thai milk tea with double honey boba. Which was over seven dollars for the large. Not even the biggest size. Next the Thai milk tea, which had no tea. Only lots of Thai milk powder. So much that it was a DARK BROWN orange…. Not your typical Thai tea. They shake them by hand so the milk is still gritty, not mixed very well. So after drinking the overly sweet, sandy milk. You get to the boba. The tapioca pearls had no flavor. At all. Usually after cooking, you place them in a sugar mixture to soak. Which I doubt they do. Then as you chew it gets harder towards the center. Undercooked. All in all… a little disappointing. I hope they improve! Tyler needs...

If you want good boba and good service, go elsewhere. I went to their shop thinking they're a tea house and would open quite early, but they don't open until 11 AM. To add insult to injury, their milk tea DOES NOT include boba and they will hit you with a 50 cent upcharge for mushy boba.

Also, their milk teas are made with powder mixes. Which is common in most places that are low end, which is what this place is.

Mushy, misshapen boba. Terrible atmosphere with scentsy and other MLM stuff in the front of the building greeting you as you step in. The drinks are also super expensive, a medium milk tea is 6.50 plus the 50 cents extra for the boba. 7 dollars for a drink that was made with flavor powder.

Came in today to try the Dubai chocolate after seeing this place on TikTok. The lady was nice who rang us up that’s why I’ll give 1 star. After receiving the chocolate it was cool! Definitely not what I was expecting or really seeing the TikTok hype. The issue came with my Moms drink. She got a watermelon slushy and it just WAS NOT good. The tajin and chamoy was overdone to the point it literally tasted like a salt bath. GROSS! I took it back inside to have them redo it and the cashier said they aren’t allowed to refund drinks and it was stated there was tajin and chamoy inside. I left the drink on the counter.
