I'm writing to express my significant disappointment with recent Blizzard purchases. As a loyal customer who buys Blizzards almost daily, I've always been satisfied until now. On both May 31st and June 1st, I purchased two Blizzards each day, totaling four. Disturbingly, every single cup had a hole in the side. On June 1st, the issue was "resolved" by either double-cupping the Blizzards or applying tape over the holes, rather than remaking them in new cups. Even more concerning, my uncle and I discovered Styrofoam pieces mixed into the Blizzards as we were eating them. The problem also occurred on May 31st. The holes were not noticed at the time of purchase, and I only realized the issue when the Blizzards leaked extensively in my car and on my clothing after I got home. This level of quality and service is unacceptable, and I hope Dairy Queen will take steps to prevent similar incidents in the future. Read moreI stopped in for lunch today at the 5th street location and when the guy at the drive thru window with the glasses handed me the food, it was without the a bag. This happens Every time I go to This location, Today I again asked if he could put the food in a bag, this made him visibly upset or angry. I had previously told him that when he stuffs the napkins into the slit of the box they come in contact with the wet toppings and at that point are unusable and that the other stores put the food in bags...I Never have to ask. As I sit in the drive thu, I'm looking directly at the bags he should be using, but for some reason, he doesn't use them. I don't know what the protocol is for bag usage there, but if you no longer require the food to be put in the bags, please move them to where customers in the drive thru don't have to stare at them just hanging in the preparation area.....but not being used. Read moreWe go there for lunch often. Usually we are always happy with the food and service. A few weeks ago we met the manager for the first time. He came off as rude to me. I shook it off and took a page from Elsa’s book. I let it go! After all we all have a bad day now and then. I’ve been back several times since then. Today we went there for lunch. Long story short my credit card declined. I tried to explain that something was wrong with their system...maybe it timed out. I’d just used it across the street. He wasn’t interested in troubleshooting the system or anything else. He was rude and loud. He said it was my card. I immediately left there and went to Sonic. I used my card with no problem. Hey manager just because someone’s card declines doesn’t mean they’re dirt under your feet. Sometimes your system fails. I have also seen where there is issues on the backend processing that can cause a decline. Think twice before you treat your regular customers the way...
