Burger King — Restaurant in Tyler

Save yourself the time!!! Go somewhere else!!! Total time for a simple drive thru order to be completed 25 minutes!

On my way home wanted to grab a QUICK bite. Thought Burger King is usually good and is a FAST-FOOD joint so that sounds perfect!

Pulling through the parking lot to the drive thru I could see there was no one in the lobby nor were there any cars ahead of me. Perfect this should be quick. I ordered two bacon double cheese burgers and one medium fry. That’s it, simple right?

Apparently not…

I paid for my food and the cashier walked away. About 5 minutes later she comes back and tells me to move up. I pulled up and she started serving the car that had pulled up behind me.

8 cars and 15 minutes later I had had enough! I got out of the car and opened the side door to the building to ask about my order. The cashier first reprimanded me for opening the side door that was for employees only, but then said here’s your food we were waiting for it to be done cooking.

I took my food and left. Not gonna lie I’m pissed! No communication from your employees on there being a wait or an apology for the inconvenience.

The service at this location is always terrible and this is not the first time I’ve had to wait at this location. I should have learned from previous experiences.

I won’t be back to this location. If anyone asks me about this location trust I’ll refer them somewhere...

Manager says they really don't care about online orders... Ordered through the app for the drive thru, after getting to the window, staff asked us to pull forward, watched 2 cars come through behind us, get parked, but they eventually get food, had a 3rd car get parked behind us, waited a while longer only to have an employee come out and ask what we had ordered, I advised them we had an online order from over 40 minutes ago they said ok proceeded to ask the car behind us what they had ordered went back in and got the order for the now 3rd customer to come from behind be served, sat through another car being served before going to the door to see what the heck was going on only to be told by the manager that they don't really care about online orders, they then proceeded to give us half cooked burgers and didn't even include the entire order. Over an hour from the time our order was placed until we somewhat received our food. 2 burgers (melts), 1 order of 4 nuggets, 1 fry, 1 onion ring, not a large or complicated order. Literally watched 2 employees do nothing but flip their hair and prance around the whole time we sat there, so no 1 employee running the whole...

Overall, I had a positive experience at the Burger King in Tyler, Texas. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my order was delivered correctly and promptly. The food was also good and hot.

While the restaurant itself is a bit outdated, it was clean and well-maintained. The tables and booths were clean, and the floors were free of debris. The restrooms were also clean and stocked with toilet paper and paper towels.

I ordered a Bacon King Combo, which came with a burger, fries, and a drink. The burger was cooked perfectly, and the fries were crispy and hot. The drink was also cold and refreshing.
