If i could give this place zero stars I would ... $80.00 order had almost everything wrong ether they put mustard on 3 of the burgers that I sed no mustard sub mayo and not only that they took for ever parkr in drive throu move so that other cars could get they order and 20-30 after when back to the window to ask verry nicely about our order and how much longer it was going to take for us to get it and the manager jenny see close the window on the and acted very rude not answering any of my questions a so I wish I I would not have waited almost $100 on whataburger and if I could take the food back I wouy also I don't think or feel like going back to this place bad service and nothing will make us change our mind yea our order was big but feel like they could have at least been nice to us and I know they where probably not having a good day but trust me I use to work fast food drive thru and never treat somebody the way the manager did ... So sad whataburger has gone down heel... Its my first time having a bad experience here but fell like they should care more about the people that makes there checks that they love so much hopfuly But anyways hopefully everything gets solved and they won't do this to anyone else ... Read moreOrdered thru the app at 1:00PM, arrived at Whataburger at 1:03PM and checked in. We couldn’t find the curb side numbers so we picked the option on the Whataburger app for check-in without number and turned on the hazard lights like the app asked us to do and sat out front next to the big window by the handicap space and waited for our food which was supposed to be ready by 1:16 to 1:19PM. At 1:20PM I called in and said we had a curb side order and gave them the name. She said she didn’t see us and I let her know that we were sitting outside with our hazard lights on like the app asked and told her where we were at. She said she didn’t see an order for us and wanted to make sure we were at the right location and I asked if their number was 580 and then she said yes and found our order and said it was ready and someone would bring it out. We waited another 5 minutes and no one came out. So we went inside to get our order. Read moreI started my day off feeling rushed and stressed out at the pediatrician's office with my sick 9mo! I also had my job calling me asking when I would be done because they were really busy and needed my help. After dropping the baby off at the daycare, I decided to run thru this Whataburger drive thru for a quick lunch. After ordering my food, I realized I left my wallet in the diaper bag, which was at daycare. I called inside to the manager and asked if they accepted checks as a former of payment. She told me no, they didnt, so I then told her my situation and that I could run to the daycare and come right back if they would hold my food. The general manager, Susan, could tell how stressed I was and told me she would buy my lunch today! She was very sweet and unserstanding and very pleasant to me. Restaurants need more people like this lady! I really appreciate it and I will definitely pay it forward!
