What can I say I love this place It's affordable it's convenient It's on my side of town, the east side..there's not a whole lot of choices on this side of town so I was really pleased when they open this store... they have everything you need for your hair no matter what your needs are and if they don't have it they'll probably order it The staff seemed good... They're very nice and very very helpful. The prices are amazing Good quality at what I would consider wholesale cost.. honestly I have no idea I'm just trying to give you an idea of how affordable this place is...but their hair I know for a fact Is less expensive than what I'm used to paying and good quality I think compared to some other hair stores I visited. I was impressed with how organized their store was Nice wide aisles a lot of lighting a lot of bright and shiny things lol It perked me up when I walked in... I enjoyed it. Bought some cutting scissors, made my purchase with a card and a couple of weeks latter when I tried them they were not sharp so took them back and they will not even exchange them or give me store credit knowing and acknowledging it was their product just because I didn’t had the receipt. The store manager/ owner didn’t care to keep clientele or help me, he just said he couldn’t even give me store credit.
