Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Tyler

First off, I never leave reviews especially negative ones because I know things can happen and mistakes happen.

I placed a delivery order and once it was marked delivered I went to get it and I didn’t see it. That’s fine, I called the store to just inquire about it (I work in customer service, so I wasn’t rude I again know that mistakes happen and that’s okay). While trying to explain to the manager that I was just calling to see about my order before I could even finish my sentence he cut me off and told me the the driver probably just accidentally marked it delivered. Okay, that’s fine, I’ll keep a lookout.

After 30 minutes of it being marked delivered I called back to again inquire bc I did pay for my order and I was just wondering where it was, again before I could finish my sentence he cut me off. I just asked for a refund since I didn’t receive my food and I wasn’t being helped and he argued because “and then what, the food is gonna arrive” I told him that I could send it back with the driver.

It wasn’t the driver or that a mistake had been made. It was the way I was treated when I called just to inquire about an order that said it...

I used to like Dominos until tonight. It took over 40 minuets to get my order after I received my text it was on its way. Once I received my order I was missing a sauce so I called them to let them know. After being on hold and then hung up on 7 yes 7 times someone finally answered. I told them they forgot my sauce and was told they would send it out that was at 6:15. At 9:00 i still had not received my sauce so I called and ask to speak to a manager ( who knows if he really was a manager or just another employee). He said the driver said it was delivered so that’s why nothing was done then told me he was just now hearing of this then told me they were not allowed to redeliver anything. WTH get it straight would you. He offered to refund my money got the sauce or give my free bread on my next order. That’s not what I wanted. I wanted them to understand That they lied and in my opinion did not care about their customers. I will not be ordering...

I use this pizza place because it’s next to my job so I eat there often for lunch if I’m gonna pay over $20 for one pizza I expect it to be made right the first time they did it. The lady was all by herself, and she had a panic attack because she was overwhelmed and she made it wrong so they remade my pizza in The guy was really nice about it. Well they messed up on my order again I took a photo I called them and they were supposed to be a credit on my account. I went in tonight to remake my pizza that they messed up on and the gm was giving me a hard time he said he would do it this time or not again I said well I’d really like for you to make them right the first time so I don’t have to do this again. I said I took a photo of it the last time when they made it and they didn’t make it right if you would like to see it he’s rude.
