Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Tyler

I will say the day I came I ordered the chocolate shake. I actually had intended on coming back to order a coffee. Needless to say, I had emergency surgery and wasn’t able to yet but I surely will. The chocolate shake was highly disappointing to me. It just was dull and tasteless. I real estate it was very well the most splendid shake I’ve ever had but it was very much not sweet nor had a very strong taste of chocolate at all but again, they surely do know how to blend a shake correctly others should take notes at least on that much. I do attend to review it again in a different way and see if it’s better. Everybody deserves a double chance. I just was shocked because I’ve heard so many amazing things about them and I was hoping that they would be better than the local Starbucks that I attend. Needless to say, I will update my review on the product. Now for the atmosphere and the staff they were 100. The place was super clean. The gentleman that took my order was super nice. Could not have asked for a better person to service me. Overall, I cannot stress enough that their attitude and their manners were on point. So again, I will update this in the futur for sure. I’m hoping that the coffee will be as equally good as their staff and their atmosphere with cleanliness and very bright charming coffee shop. I was highly impressed with the employees for sure. We ordered Italian sodas, got them had to go back because they were pure carbonation, told the girl they had no flavor and her response was " Oh there is flavor" and the other guy working got an attitude and poured syrups into cups and handed rudely handed them to us. We visit alot of the Dutch brother locations and this location never seems to get it right( 3 different occations) we will continue to go to the other ones but this one needs new traing and employees that are polite and care. Great service, best Dutch Brothers locations in Texas are in Tyler. I have had dutch bros in colorado, oregon,california, nevada, and new mexico. Not to mentention San Antonio, Universal City Texas, New Braunfels Tx which is the worst dutch bros in the chain, and Kyle Tx. Officially I have recieved the best service at the Tyler locations of all l9cations in Tx. Paradise California was our home and our favorite location still Ridge Strong forever.
