Is a completely chaos’s there one of worse management I ever seen starting with the General manager.. At Broadway store how is possible that a general manager slows and employee to to work under the influence of drugs only because is his friend.. instead of taking action what hi does just tell him u can go to the office to take a rest and get back to work when u feel better.. Really..? Is that the best u can do.. and the other problems is that hi put in first place his friends at work and let them be use phone at any time even when they cooking.. and when and employee tell him that he see manager assistant texting when is working and talking on phone what he do about that nothing.. instead tell something about he take attention against the employee because he complained about his friend actions.. if you tell me if that is The way a Real General Manager...

I stopped eating here a few years ago because the chicken is always tough and hard to chew and gets caught in my teeth. Recently I made the mistake of getting some Ranch dressing here because the Ranch is something I did like in previous visits. It has been a few years but I figured this place would atleast be good for that. Bad idea. I bought 2 little jars of Ranch, and it cost me 16.00.$ the worst part about it is the consistency. It seemed to be so "watered down" that is dribbled like liquid when we tried to eat it at home.The viscosity was very thin. As a result of the "watering" the flavor suffered as well in my opinion. In any case I won't do that again. The little glass jars are cute, but hardly worth the 8 bucks a peice with crappy watered back Ranch inside. Buyer beware...

Thank you for wasting my entire 30 minute break trying to go through your stupid drive-thru. It should not take 12 minutes just to get up to the window before I even got my food. Then waited another 5 to 8 minutes waiting on the damn food. So thank you glad I did not get to eat today and my food got to go in the refrigerator to eat cold after I get off work. And when I tried to tell the guy that it should not be taking this long he popped off well I'm not cooking the food he is. He kept telling people hold and I'll take your order in a minute while he was ringing up whoever is at the window. While we're constantly getting rained on waiting for him to say I'm ready for your order. You need to learn to multi-task and take an order at the same time that you're...
