Darius had to be called several times by another employee before he bothered to come to the counter and wait on us. He seemed like he hated his job and waiting on customers was the last thing he wanted to do, he mumbled and I kept having to say "excuse me" and turn my head so I could hear him. I felt like I was a total inconvenience and I was making his day miserable.
The drink station was in disarray, the lid to the tea and the spatula (I presume is used to stir the tea) was sitting in front of the tea on the counter - which isn't sanitary because anyone could've touched it with their dirty hands. A huge sugar container sat on the counter where you pick up food. The sweet tea lacked sugar so the drive thru employee had to fix my drink, which I appreciated. The restaurant wasn't busy at all and there seemed to be more employees standing or sitting around instead of working.
The floors were damp with wet floor signs up in the dining area but no signs by the bathrooms where the floor was soaking wet and I slid - and as someone that had back surgery, sliding on a wet floor is terrifying! I'm thankful I didn't fall, that would've been very bad!!!
The restroom was pretty gross and the trash was overflowing and the paper towels were sitting on the sink instead of in the dispenser. The care in this restaurant is GONE.
The tables looker like someone swiped a wet cloth across the top but not with clean water, every table looked gross and felt sticky. My husband was pissed and found the least sticky table for us.
We love Freddy's and have been loyal customers since they opened but unfortunately appear to have gone downhill. I really hate that because the food is great.
I'd be super embarrassed to be the manager or shift leader(s) and allow my restaurant to look like that, I don't know how the lackluster employees even have a job when they can't accomplish the basic tasks of said job.

Ordered 4 burgers 1 chicken sandwich and 2 hot dogs, go everything EXCEPT the chicken sandwich when brought to the employees attention the cook stated "I cooked that inaint making another one" then Alex came over to our table and tried to take our food and even TOUCHED one of our burgers buns to take it off to make sure it was meat and not chicken until I asked him if he was really over there to verify its meat and not chicken to which he then rolled his eyes and stormed off, so i go up to calm my husband and when I asked for a manager, one employee tried to talk over me to ask me what i needed without even letting me ask for the manager.. at this point I got a lil loud to make sure she nor anyone wise would talk over me while I asked for a manager. I then spoke with Maria explained the whole situation provided the receipt and asked why someone would inspect our food by hand to verify what was on the bun, if we were really going to steal food after paying $66.34 do you really think we would sit in the restaurant to eat our food. She simply verified that they remade our sandwich and in her mind that was that.
Before leaving I asked for the manager again, after rhe girl behind the counter laughed and rolled her eyes at me when she went to get the manager, someone new came over I asked to speak to the original manager I spoke to I need to get some names, the manager herself wouldn't come back out so the stand in employee gave me their names.

Read moreOur family recently began eating a Freddie’s every Sunday several months ago. We really enjoy the burgers and fries! We do recommend you eat there if you haven’t. I have had issues with an order in the past and have dealt with the manager whom was very accommodating and customer service oriented.
The last two Sunday’s the customer service at the drive through has been unprofessional and rude. A younger woman wearing a wig with red in it was there both Sundays whom had a demeaning disposition provoking a unsatisfactory experience. Simply put, she exudes a bad attitude. Today there was 4 (half masked) women working the drive thru, her being one of them. They were laughing and giggling and mimicking my daughter and I while keeping their backs to the window the entire time we waited for our order. When they did give us our order they did not say thank you or have a nice day or anything. Not one cracked a smile. We drove off feeling dismissed and questioned if we would even go back. I abhor terrible customer service.
