06/02/2024 at 3:30pm I am kindly requesting further contact from higher authority regarding health and cleanliness concerns and further issues stated in this review.

I can not put into words how dissatisfied and disgusted I am with the food and service that I received today. Starting from the beginning where I went through the drive through and had my order read back to me wrong three different times. When I got to the window to pay the man taking my card didn't say a word to me, didn't read back my order or my total, and was handling my card very aggressively (snatching it out of my hand and then pretty much throwing it at me instead of just handing it back). Then when I went to the pickup window to actually get my food I got treated pretty much the same if not even worse, being polite and being met with a extremely dirty look and again the man refused to say a single word to me. I had to ask for a straw and utensils and my drink was spilt in the process of it being "handed" to me because once again everything was being handled extremely aggressively. I have been to MANY fast food drive throughs in my life and have never before seen such rude employees. I would also like to mention I've worked multiple food service jobs as well. I understand that you are only human and people have bad days but your entire job as a fast food emplovee is to interact with other people so if you are genuinely unable to simply be polite and treat people with respect when they do such to you I will kindly state working a job in food service isn't for you. I’d also like to mention I’ve read countless reviews discussing how rude the staff and managers of this location are and they are NOT lying.

I know this is already long but unfortunately I still have the food to talk about So, the FOOD: To start with, I ordered two of the new "Grandma McFlurry's to try and I'm pretty sure they're supposed to have some sort of caramel sauce and all sorts of goodies mixed in but I literally got vanilla ice cream with a little bit of toppings sprinkled on. Not even stirred in, both of them were literally vanilla ice cream with a PINCH of candy just on the top. So we were pretty bummed about that. But the final straw was the sweet tea. Again, I've worked in food service so I know exactly what it tastes like when the tea machine isn't cleaned properly and regularly. This is exactly it and I know with most fast food chains it's a hit or miss on the tea because of this very reason so I would have just sighed and thrown it out usually, but there was literally black crap floating in it. It both smelled and tasted like pure mold and mildew. Meaning this machine hasn't been cleaned in a LONG time. I was also missing a burger and my fries were stale and cold but that’s not my biggest concern right now.

My receipt had a website and phone number to contact about my experience which I tried to reach but neither of those work. So if someone of higher authority could please contact me or at the very least have a discussion with your employees AND management of this location about cleanliness and politeness I would be extremely appreciative! Once again this experience was on...

I want to start this review off by saying I have been a loyal customer to this McDonalds for over 10 years and I have not ever had a problem until today. I came into McDonalds today and ordered my usual; when two police officers, who were women of color, came in and ordered what looked like two cheap coffees. The young lady at the counter was very quick and efficient at helping them, which I would not expect any less because this McDonalds has always taken great pride in customer satisfaction. I was not trying to eavesdrop on their conversation but I noticed that there seemed to some confusion on their payment method. The young lady at the counter disappeared for a moment and came back to inform them that they would in-fact have to pay for their coffee. Again, I have been coming here for years and I have never seen a cop have to even think about reaching into their pocket to pay for food. The young lady apologized over and over again, and even reached into her own pocket to pay, but was stopped by the officers. The officers proceeded to ask to speak to the manager on duty. I know this manager. She has never been a friendly manager, but what I saw today makes me lose hope for humanity. She was very rude to them, stating that police officers only get 1 free meal a day and that police officers take advantage of this, which could not be further from the truth. I honestly feel as if she was showing prejudice towards these women who risk their lives to serve our community everyday. I know Nick, and you sir need to do something about this. It wasn’t even me that went here. My husband and little one went. I’ve had bad experiences here as well, and that’s why I do not go back, but today felt others need to see why not to go. A lot of the employees need to retrained here. They do not know how to speak to customers or even care. When my husband went and ordered two meals for them the same thing. The guy asked if he wanted a hash brown too. With it being a meal it should have came with one right?! Nope. Not according to the guy there. It’s separate. So may husband pays for it anyway. Money isn’t the issue. Food finally comes out, he had ordered a sausage egg cheese McGriddle. When it comes it just the sausage McGriddle. So he takes it up there. Let’s him know that it was incorrect. Guy tells him give me back the sandwiches and you will have to pay for another one. Again my husband said ok well money isn’t a thing. But our 5 yo had already ate his. Guy tells him well too bad then. Walked off and ignored my husband. Apparently no manager on site according to him. There’s more…. But I do want to put a positive spin on it. Maria who works there took care of the issue even though she wasn’t at fault. Very nice lady according to my husband and knows what customer service is all about.

I’m sure this will go nowhere but it agitates me when so many there have no idea how to speak...
