What’s the point of ordering online 15 minutes ahead. If you have to wait 10 minutes in a drive-through to get your smoothie. Initially, I had given I want star review. I was in a hurry to get to work and had ordered ahead, so as to not be late. However, there was construction going on in the parking lot in front of the store. They were not, however, working on the sidewalk in front of the store. Despite that, they had locked the front door. I was pretty upset that I had to wait 10 minutes in the drive-through line to get my smoothie.
Edit: they’ve had their lobby closed on multiple occasions. Always frustrating, since I strongly prefer to just walk in and pick up my order. I will say that they make excellent...
Read moreTonight I went to this location at 9:45 pm pulled up and heard the pre-recorded message then waited to be helped . Nobody ever responded with all this going on there was a black truck sitting in the drive thru at the window with the truck turned off so that nobody could pull up to the window. I pulled around since the sign still said open but the door was locked. Young man saw me knock on the door and kept turning off lights and ignored me. I went back to the drive thru it’s 9:57 at this point and the recording says they are closed.. I understand that the place needs to be cleaned before they can leave but if this location closes at 9:45 pm so they can be out by 10pm that needs to reflect on the hours...
Read moreAt first they gave my husband a 20oz instead of the 32oz we had ordered, had to have an order remade. What he was initially given was bland and simply didn’t taste right. After going inside to bring it to their attention the employee nearly finished his sentences for him like she knew what He had ordered and she knew that it was bland.
They may have taken the smaller drink they first handed us and tried to add more to it causing it to taste funny.
If you know something wasn’t made right, don’t give it out. Let the customer know there’s a hold up and take the time to get it right. Don’t try skimping your customer just cause you want to get them...
