Ivan Smith Furniture — Local services in Tyler

I have had a HORRIBLE 5 month experience with Lazyboy. I was attempting to get new furniture. Needles to say it left me "burnt" and fearful as to going out and starting all over again searching for furniture.

I started to look on Ivan Smith's website, I saw what might interest me, called the store, spoke with Kelly Davis WONDERFUL helpful Sales lady went above and beyond answering my questions and gave me recommendations and encouraged me to come and look at the products. I also used the text system as well with Kelly Davis again very helpful. I went in two days later on a Sat. and Kelly was kind enough to show me the furniture we discussed, she was patient with showing me around and trying out various pieces. Within the 2 hours there I purchased a lovely power recliner and couch for a lot less money then elsewhere, and then Kelly said I could have it delivered on the following Tuesday if that is okay with me. I was shocked, and so pleased it could happen so quickly. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I will be back!

The delivery happened on Tuesday morning as promised, THANK YOU ...no mistakes, no errors and no change in delivery dates there were 3 pleasant kind gentlemen (Shawn Williams, Ben Rochor & Degaryion Bell) they carried in all the furniture, placed it where I wanted it and hooked it all up and cleaned up all the packing debris. They even asked if I would need anything else before they left. WOW this is the place to shop at folks. You will not be disappointed I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ivan Smith Store for ALL of your furniture needs. ...

UPDATE: I have still been using Ivan Smith after all these years and they are continuing to take excellent care for all of our furniture needs! I have been visiting their stores and buying quality furniture for 8 years! Upstanding company! Thank You Bob Thomas for years of great service!

Ivan Smith is by far the most welcoming and non harassing furniture store in Tyler Texas. I have made 3 or four purchases in this store and i always come back. They will truly beat any deal in town and are there to help.

We purchased our sectional couch, our end tables, bed room suit, our 60" wall unit and a mattress from Ivan smith.

The sales staff is helpful and reliable if you need anything before, during and after purchases even on return visits!

I must mention Bob Thomas the Sales manager! He is top notch. not only is he genuinely a great person but he is there for you. he will crunch the number 2,3,4 times if needed to make sure you are getting a great deal and will listen to make sure all your needs are met and that you are happy.

I have referred a few of my friends and family members to Ivan Smith in tyler and they are just as happy as i am with this store.

I have dealt with most of all the Furniture stores in Tyler and Ivan Smith and their crew really is the Best of the Best for our area!

We move to Tyler a year ago. Our Ivansmith store we shopped at was the Shreveport La store. We absolutely Love Ivan Smith. The Tyler Store people are Awesome! I bought my first piece of furniture here. Absolutely beautiful. I had to call the store because there was some minor repair that needed attention and the response was absolutely so amazing. They were on top off it listening to every detail. And immediately they had scheduled repair technician to come to my home. Y’all are AMAZING!!! If I could give them a million +stars they deserve it.

I had been to the store a couple of times and meet a really nice salesman that I said he’s the one. Got card and his day off. The day I bought our furniture I had search for him all over and could not find him. I forgot his name couldn’t find his card. This when I meet Victor. What can I say about this guy.
