During this pandemic while trying to be socially conscious of everyone and having to deal with my Mom in a wheelchair, I went in and ashef if there was a paper menu so I could get our orders and go back and place them. I was rouchere at the door but no one was in eyesight After waiting for 3 to 4 minutes two young ladies c as n from the rear of the store when I inquired about a paper menu one of them said yes them she proceeded to pat all over the counter, went around the counter twice finally looked on a turn stand. She gave me one, thay is when I noticed she was not wearing any gloves and her mask was off both her nose and her mouth resting on her chin. I took the broucher to the car. As my Mom an I noticed there were no prices listed for the items except for 2. Where I go somewhere yo eat I like to know the amount I am expected to pay for what I order. Read moreWalked in a few minutes past noon on Sunday. Zero acknowledgement from any of 6 staff people, principally because 4 of them were zombied-out watching Jeopardy on TV's. One young guy was making a day of restocking the potato chip rack as slowly as he could, one guy simply stayed in the back, one girl never did look away from the TV. He quit making food after Jeopardy, picked up the TV remote & went around the store meticulously setting channels on all TV's. Young girl started making sandwiches & apparently realized that orders were stacked up, so she got a little frantic. TV remote guy finally wandered back behind the counter, did just ambled around. I asked Sandwich Girl if only one person was allowed to build sandwiches at a time; that puzzled her. Sandwiches were utterly mediocre & dripping soggy. This place desperately needs an adult manager who understands the...
Read moreWill not go back to this location. Walked in at approximately 8:20 pm. As we were walking up they were locking the doors. They said we could come in but locked the doors behind us. I asked what time they closed, they said 9. We were the only people in the restaurant. I ordered the pizza meatball sub, but they were out of meatballs. I ordered the Italian, she said she would put it on garlic bread. NOPE, no garlic bread. We ordered 2 sandwiches, one Italian and second hook and ladder. Since we felt rushed, I told the lady no mayo and wanted ranch on the side. I didn't realize it came with mustard as well, so she asked midway threw making the sandwich if I wanted mustard. I said no, just ranch on the side. Got the order, left, drove home and realized there was NO RANCH!!!! This is ridiculous. You lock the doors before closing and couldn't get 1...
