Soooooo I don't know when y'all are open google says 9 went by at 7:30 and the lights were off..... So like update Google? Idk. Horrible and apparently a continuous problem. I am tempted to suggest new hours but if I put that they close at 7 they might start trying to lock up at 5:30. Update: husband went inside, couple (kids that were "working") were flirting in the back, he made some commotion and they (finally) came out, updating my score to two stars instead of one but whomever was working on 1/13 at the evening shift could use a little training? But it is 2000% my favorite Italian sub if I'm given the choice. Added a photo to show open sign is indeed off.

Taylor opened up the pickle bucket and told my kid to reach in and grab one. How many hands have been in that bucket before my dirty child put his hand in there. The other girl couldn’t figure out how to redeem our app points and it turned into a huge shackle. She ended up just giving us a sandwich for free cause it was too complicated. The soda was also warm because there was no ice in the machine, it was broken. Glad I used all my points cause I’m never coming back! The only redeeming feature was the food was good regardless of the incompetence and sanitary issues.

Took my family to Firehouse Subs for lunch and had an awesome experience. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was warm and inviting and the food was delicious! I got the veggie build your own with a side of loaded potato soup and it was the perfect lunch. You have to try the garlic bread for the sandwich! They have a mix and match soda station with sugar free options and a hot sauce bar! So cool and so hot!

During this pandemic while trying to be socially conscious of everyone and having to deal with my Mom in a wheelchair, I went in and ashef if there was a paper menu so I could get our orders and go back and place them. I was rouchere at the door but no one was in eyesight After waiting for 3 to 4 minutes two young ladies c as n from the rear of the store when I inquired about a paper menu one of them said yes them she proceeded to pat all over the counter, went around the counter twice finally looked on a turn stand. She gave me one, thay is when I noticed she was not wearing any gloves and her mask was off both her nose and her mouth resting on her chin. I took the broucher to the car. As my Mom an I noticed there were no prices listed for the items except for 2. Where I go somewhere yo eat I like to know the amount I am expected to pay for what I order. After discussing the situation we decided that the prices that are charged are so expensive that it is embarrassing they could not be listed we could not afford your sandwiches. We will support our firemen...

Walked in a few minutes past noon on Sunday. Zero acknowledgement from any of 6 staff people, principally because 4 of them were zombied-out watching Jeopardy on TV's. One young guy was making a day of restocking the potato chip rack as slowly as he could, one guy simply stayed in the back, one girl never did look away from the TV. A young guy half-heartedly assembled a sandwich during Jeopardy commercials. He quit making food after Jeopardy, picked up the TV remote & went around the store meticulously setting channels on all TV's. Young girl started making sandwiches & apparently realized that orders were stacked up, so she got a little frantic. TV remote guy finally wandered back behind the counter, did just ambled around. I asked Sandwich Girl if only one person was allowed to build sandwiches at a time; that puzzled her. Sandwiches were utterly mediocre & dripping soggy. This place desperately needs an adult manager who understands the...

Will not go back to this location. Walked in at approximately 8:20 pm. As we were walking up they were locking the doors. They said we could come in but locked the doors behind us. I asked what time they closed, they said 9. We were the only people in the restaurant. I ordered the pizza meatball sub, but they were out of meatballs. I ordered the Italian, she said she would put it on garlic bread. NOPE, no garlic bread. We ordered 2 sandwiches, one Italian and second hook and ladder. Since we felt rushed, I told the lady no mayo and wanted ranch on the side. I didn't realize it came with mustard as well, so she asked midway threw making the sandwich if I wanted mustard. I said no, just ranch on the side. Got the order, left, drove home and realized there was NO RANCH!!!! This is ridiculous. You lock the doors before closing and couldn't get 1...
