I had a horrible experience today. I ordered the bantam bagels via the phone app, and they did not have it available. Usually Starbucks employees are respectful about this and don't mind giving me an order instead of the exact amount paid, but not today. The short lady with glasses in this branch was extremely unfriendly and had zero respect towards this issue. I wanted to address what happened and she said "give me one second!" twice, which is unusual since women are better at multitasking. Not sure what was she gaining by shutting me up in such a ride way, but afterwards when I showed her my order in my phone's screen to clarify the difference she argued that it is 14 cents which is clearly not true, because it shows up on my phone that it's one dollar difference between the regular bagels and the bantam bagels.
I think if someone is going to be this horrible to costumers then they shouldn't go to work, especially when they can't even...
Read moreHorrible service last night! The drive thru was backed up so my boyfriend and I went inside figuring it would be quicker. The employees working last night (11/2/2018) looked miserable. They had no customer service skills at all and were not very helpful. As I am waiting on 2 drinks, there are 4 people ahead of me who said they had been waiting for at least 20 mins. The barista was putting drinks on the bar without calling them out, half of the drinks they made were wrong and no sleeves were giving with hot drinks. One guy asked for a sleeve, and the girl looked at him in disgust. One male employee was making fun of a customer in the drive thru in front of the customers that were waiting inside. We waited for almost 25 minutes for my drink and then they forgot to make the other drink we ordered. I will never use this...

Not sure if the girl has bad hearing or there system doesn’t work well.I had to repeat myself 20 times for EACH drink I ordered.anyways,when I got to the window the lady looked really mad!then they said there system was down for the star scanning thing!so I bought $15 and didn’t get points!!!wait... there’s more...I paid and didn’t get a receipt,you always get a receipt anywhere you go.I finally got my drinks.I got 2 Frappuccino’s that looked like water EVEN THO I said EXTRA ICE!!!!!! I had also ordered a venti iced matcha and they gave me a GRANDE so I gave it back to them.all they did was pour the grande matcha in a venti cup and filled it up with just MILK and all i tasted was gallon milk with no flavor!i hope this review helps...
