Subway — Restaurant in Tyler

I will never order delivery from Subway again. They always mess up the order, and DoorDash can never tell what store they need to go to. I asked for lightly toasted bread due to the fact that it becomes too hard to eat when toasted for the full 30 seconds (I prefer 10 seconds ONLY). This time, I called the store to make sure they heard it instead of not reading the order, but they still screwed it up. This store is totally incompetent, and if you have to call the store, then be prepared to call multiple times and let it ring as long as possible before you ever get anyone on the phone. The store on Gentry always gets it right. The picture I posted is all the bread I had to remove to make it edible.

Update: I ordered again for some unknown reason and requested light ranch and as you can see my sandwich is swimming in ranch. This store hires the most ignorant bunch of morons in Tyler.

Came by on 3/1/2023 at around 3pm, and the young adult who is an African American male started yelling at me when I told the Caucasian male who was attending me that the spinash is soggy and old, but the other one was fresh. I do not want old food because my mother in the past was given old food and was deadly sick in the emergency room. But the African American got angry because I didn't want the old spinach. He said if you don't take the spinach that is there, then you can leave. He told me to leave his store several times. When I know he isn't the owner of the store. He was even yelling while saying all this. He has no customer service skills and acts concerningly ghetto. On top of that, he wasn't doing anything. The Caucasian male was doing all the work the entire time I was there, and there were two other customers.

I ordered my food on the app around 1:30 pm and show up about 2:10 to pick it up, the app showed that it should have been ready around 1:45 pm but I know how the apps work and they tend to be later than the estimated time.

I get there and my sandwhiches were not ready. The guy is talking on his personal phone when I get there. He gets up and makes them after picking up the order paper from the ground, I did not see him wash his hands and his hair was not tied back. It was about shoulder length and haning all in his face over the sandwhiches.
