0/10 would NOT recommend. The service my husband and I received today makes me want to never eat at another Hardee’s. The woman running the drive thru, Lori, who I later discovered was the shift manager, possesses very poor customer service skills. Lori rushed us as we ordered. I told her I needed a moment to look at the menu, not even 10 seconds later she asks “are you even gonna order?” My husband picks up on the disrespect in her tone and asked for another second. We place the order, Lori reads it back to us and we are told to pull to the second window. Cool, right? Hard no. We get to the window and Lori doesn’t speak, I don’t care about that, I just want my food. So I give her my card for payment as she hands me a drink. I ask which drink it is because we ordered two meals. She says, “I only rang you up for one meal.” In my head I’m like, I’m sorry, what? Didn’t you just read it back to us? Then she rudely informs us she can add the meal to the ticket. Of course you can ma’am. We were tired from working 12 hour shifts and really just wanted some food but, I decline and asked if we could just get a refund because honestly I’m not trying to get my food spit on. After a “yeah, whatever” response she hands me my card. I go to leave but something tells me to speak up and I tell her how I feel like she’s giving poor customer service. Lori then tells me how I’m being a “shitty customer.” I then asked if there was a manager I could speak with and she let me know that she was the manager and slammed the window on us. I understand the world is a stressful place right now but there was no need in the ugliness shown to my husband and I tonight. I realize this is more of a reflection of this woman’s character and not that of the company. My hope is to get the word out to Hardee’s that they could do better with there management team and that this won’t happen to...

Kary's attention to detail was evident throughout my visit. She ensured the dining area was spotless and checked in with customers to make sure everything was up to their standards. Her efficiency and positive attitude were infectious, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for everyone.
When I had a special request with my order, Kary handled it with ease and a smile. She made sure my food was prepared exactly how I wanted it, and it arrived quickly and hot. Her dedication to customer satisfaction truly made a difference.

Hardee's is lucky to have such a dedicated and charismatic manager. Read moreI arrived till the drive-through at 4:45 the other day and There was a pickup truck in front of me making their order so I waited after a couple minutes and chuckle pulls around to the window one though I pull up to the little speak your Box and the lady comes over the intercom and says that they're closed I said it's 450 I said we're closed closed what do you mean you're a faster it's good you're a fast food restaurant and aint even dark yet no it closes at 5 o'clock That's not 5 o'clock yet we're closed so I aint gonna be really not gonna let me order my foodon't let me order my food we're closed I'm gonna call corporate go ahead and call Em. I will. And I did... to no avail. No one answered their phone for the 5 days that I called. I left a voice-mail every single time I called and politely requested a callback every time this has been about three or 4 weeks ago and not a single response from them at all. That's not how your supposed to treat your customers. 😮💨😒 I'll just go to grill out in Martin for now on but that lady that refused ms service 10 minutes b4 they closed should be reprimanded.
