Dunkin' — Restaurant in Union

I've been coming here most of my life since I live in Union this was the original Dunkin Donuts before they open the other one near the bus station in Union Center. Must say the staff is always been there professional and it's the same staff for a long time so there are familiar faces that I've seen me grow from 18 to 35 and this place is just one of the better Dunkin Donuts I've been to. A big shout out so the employees that are still there and to Ed who now manages his own store.

It's good to see that this place was able to provide people with long-term employment and support families and maintain such a high level of efficiency if there is a line you're usually in and out quickly only thing is now I do not like the app because I used to always put change in their jar and now that I use the app there's no option to tip and I usually don't have change on me on occasion I'll throw a dollar in or two but I feel like the employees used to make a lot more when the app wasn't there they should give you an option to round up for a tip so that at least at the end of the shift they're making what they used to make prior to the app being released. Just my opinion but what's Dunkin Donuts really care it's a corporation franchise that cares about their bottom line more than they really care...

This is strictly a service complaint. (Purpose: seeking better service) In light of the pandemic, DD is offering curbside pick up for mobile orders, and that's fantastic. but ive noticed in my last 5 consecutive visits, ive had to wait longer than 10 minutes , which is nowhere close to the wait time for the folks opting to go inside and order (which takes about 3 min). The first two times i got an apology, next 2... nothing. And on my last and most recent visit to this location...no one even cared to complete my transaction. I went inside after 20 minutes only to see my mobile curbside order unattended sitting on a back counter. I tried contacting them so i wouldn't have to post but to no avail. So simply put, if you intend to do curbside pickup at this location, give yourself about 30 min after you place your mobile order...or just save yourself the frustration. Shame on you DD 2639. The business you'll lose from treating curbside pickup customers like second class citizens will far outweigh the few dollars you save from under staffing your store. New location for me from...

This is one of my favorite locations. The staff are really nice and friendly and even the customers are friendly. They usually make the order correctly. They seem to carry varieties of donuts that other locations don't have. l am actually really impressed they have stirs that are wrapped. I don't know any Dunkin' Donuts that gives you stirrers. I have just two minor issues. It can get a little busy and I think that they need more seating. If they take out one of the kiosks they can fit more seats. Perhaps remove one of the lounge chairs and coffee tables and install bench seating? The restroom isn't as clean as it should be. It's usually lacking toilet paper and soap. I know it can get very busy so they really need to dedicate somebody to cleaning. I remember they used to have one person always cleaning inside and the parking lot. I don't see that person anymore and it's starting to be reflected in the cleanliness of the restaurant. But overall it is really an...
