Went thru drive thru everything was good the lady working drive thru was being really nice gave me my total then I went ahead n went to the window to pay once’s she saw me and my family right away give us a attitude literally throws my change that I dropped in the st . Didn’t say sorry or anything . After she tells us to wait on the side for are chicken to be cooked so we did I started doing the survey in the back of the receipt so while I was doing that they finally bring my food out ,16 minutes later! at the same time I finish my survey and I went inside to get my free burger and right away once’s this VANESSA chick sees me inside all rude she asked yes can I help u . I told her I did the survey for the free burger without thinking she tell me she can’t do it cause I didn’t buy the right food so I can get the free burger . Like it only says buy a simple burger and get a free one n that’s what I got and my wife the chicken burger so at this point she didn’t make no sense she was on the phone while talking to me knowing I’m a customer . She tell me I’m no longer allowed there all cause asked for the free burger then when I’m walking out she says “YOU DAMN MEXICANS” at this point I just walk out but I’m fosure never going there again and I hope this company does something about racist at there locations it’s not fair for all of us we all human so we all should treat each...

Had a run in with some dude today. I'm unsure if he was a district manager visiting or a new store manager overseeing the breakfast rush. In any case I knew he was "special" judging by his grey button up shirt and the way he was talking, or at least he likes to think he's special.

Ive been coming to Hardees for 15 years to get their breakfast biscuits. I have never had any problems substituting the sausage for an egg at no additional up charge. i am sensitive to the low quality sausage meat, and can only tolerate the egg. Today I wasn't allowed to. An egg biscuit costs $3.19 whereas a sausage biscuit is $2. $1.19 upcharge for an egg, why? Because your bulk carton of eggs costs 0.07 cents each compared to 0.05 for each sausage patty? I will never pay that amount, no matter how hungry I am. Today i skipped breakfast and gave the single sausage biscuit to my husband.

Whenever I am allowed a substitution without an upcharge i normally get 4. Funny, the cashier's better understand how to make a sale and retain customers for 15 years than this guy can in one day.

I needed a quick breakfast before work and everywhere else was closed and I wanted to sit in. I'm glad I did. I went to place my order and I was trying to be as NOT difficult as possible as I can't have gluten. I first asked for a super sausage no biscuit but the lady doing front registers looked confused. So I changed it to a sausage platter without biscuits and gravy and she still looked confused and asked for help from the older lady in doing drive thru. I did caught names as I was in a hurry to get to work, but anyway I said I'm sorry I can't have gluten can I have it without the biscuits and she let me sub it out for extra sausage, and even said something to the nice lady with dark short hair doing table.
