Graeter’s — Restaurant in Union

This is about their parking situation along with Dewey's and Braxton that shares a parking lot with them. In the first row of parking facing each business's building. There is supposed to be a pass through between rows. Unfortunately there are people who are lazy and park in those rows.. so therefore you have to drive past that pass through to get to a handicap spot. In other words, people are parking in an area that isn't a parking spot and graders doesn't seem to care as long as they get their money. If not they just should have designed it where it was all parking and then you just get through how you can get through but that's not how it was designed it was designed where there is a pass through that cuts Graeter's parking technically with Dewey's and Braxton's. If that's the case stripe it all off so everyone can have a spot and not have a pass through there so people can get to the front of the buildings to get to handicap parking. Try actually caring!! Don't try to pass it off to someone else by saying ' it's not hurting our traffic flow so we can't really do anything about it." That is what a manager told me 20 minutes ago. So you just care about the money you make you don't care about convenience for your customers which you should have figured out in the design of this place to start with. Ice cream good, prices continually going up which is going to detract from us to go here and wind up at UDF which is $3 cheaper and the ice cream is just as good. But customer service...

I would have to say this is probably the most underrated Graeter’s I’ve ever seen. Really? Only 2 reviews on this location. Why isn’t everyone talking about how amazing it is? The drive thru has adequate space and there’s a very large parking lot. I was shocked at the size of the clean dining room upon walking in. It even had a PLAY AREA!? Where was this when my kids were little. Even some party rooms. An amazing bakery selection. Ample & friendly staffing. This is probably my new favorite Graeter’s location. And just like any other Graeters, amazing ice cream...

I will NEVER not love ice cream! Any ice cream! I don't discriminate, they're all my favorite. 😅 If you're an establishment that sells ice cream, you're getting 4 stars automatically. If you have cookies, cakes, candy and cute T-shirts that talk about ice cream.... 5 stars! The only reason why I gave them 4 stars for atmosphere is because they have an ice cream themed play area that tweens come twerk on for Tik Tok...
