Dino's Sports Lounge — Restaurant in Unity Township

I used to love the place but after being made to wait in an empty restaurant, then embarrassed by the server - I will never return. Nor will I direct folks there to relax and unwind after a busy day. I Went there with my daughters to get a bite to eat after working all day - so around 8pm. This happened to be a weekend I was working. We were able to sit immediately. The waitress came over fairly quick, looking kind of exasperated. She grumbled at us, and left menus. When she came back 10 minutes later, she asked for our order. I ordered some food and a beer I was informed she would not serve me because I was visibly intoxicated, although I had not drank all day. This was very embarrassing, and quite odd behavior by her, as we were not loud, obnoxious, nor ignorant in any way. Personally I was shocked. But we were hungry, and I did want a beverage as I had a LONG day working. So we took our business elsewhere. If you want service without a smile, and someone who treats you poorly, by all means - go here. 5 Stars – A Local Favorite That Keeps You Coming Back

Dino’s Sports Lounge is a local gem that consistently delivers on food, service, and atmosphere. It’s no surprise this place is always buzzing, whether you’re a regular or just visiting, you’ll find yourself wanting to come back.

The food is fantastic, with generous portions and great weekly specials. On Taco Thursdays, the $2 tacos are a must try, fresh, flavorful, and an unbeatable deal. Brittney was our server on one visit and kept everything running smoothly with fast, friendly service.

During another visit, we tried the half sandwich option, and even those were huge! Delicious, hearty, and yes, gloriously messy. Liberty was our server that day and was incredibly helpful with menu suggestions.

On Wednesday Shrimp Night, we enjoyed $.50 shrimp that were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Riley took great care of us and added to the overall positive experience.

I’ve been visiting this area for 30+ years and have never entered until last night. I didn’t know what I was missing…

Unassuming and honestly not much to look at from the curb, Dino’s is very nicely decorated and has an incredible amount of room inside. On one end you have the serviceable bar with seating, the other end has a big dining area with a banquet facility they had open for further seating. The seating is mostly tables with some booths, we were taken to a booth.

The menu was your usual sports bar fare - my wife had their Buffalo Chicken sandwich - a massive thing she could barely eat half - though she enjoyed it quite a bit. I had their fish platter - baked - no complaints. The service was friendly and super patient as we had lots of questions she fielded - great job by her.

The only nit was the cleanliness of the table. It appears to have been rushed to none at all as there were pieces of tomato and shredded cheese on the seating side I was at, as there was unbroomed food (fries, chips) and other light trash at our feet underneath the table.
