To the owner, your employees are unsupervised kids who don't care at all about your customers concerns, they are hanging out together talking and on their phones and they're running your business into the ground. The food is largely pre prepared and cold, often made wrong and any changes you ask for are ignored and then when you get angry your the bad guy. You're employees have zero accountability and have no authority figures in charge and making sure the work gets done properly, after all it's only people's hard earned money your making. You as the owner need to get your businesses in order because all the kids you hire care about is that it's an easy job where you don't have to do much, nobody's in charge and you just collect pay checks and you should be embarrassed to have your establishments run this badly and most importantly the food quality and food preparation is the worst I've ever seen and the common thread is you, the owner and the disrespectful juvenile service of your terrible employees. You need adult oversight and accountability on an hour to hour basis. Lastly these 2 McDonald's have been very bad for years and all complaints have been ignored, the food is atrocious and that's on you and the people you hire to represent you, your employees don't care how nasty the food is and nobody's stopping them from serving this...
Read moreI think most of these reviews were written by people who have never once worked in fast food in their lives. I just left my job there, but I'm not going to focus on why the turnover rate is so high, I'm just going to tell you what I think about the establishment overall. It is kind of slow and that's because it's really disorganized. The restaurant is clean front and back unlike most McDonalds I've been too where the floors are consistently a greasey mess and the people I worked with were amazing and they provided excellent customer service up front, but the employees in the back kind of slack off a bit and often times leave work incomplete. Usually other employees have to finish the job for them later in the shift while another employee performed the same task they were incapable of finishing later that shift. Wh... Wh... Why? They were always strict on proper food handling and sanitation, so that's a big plus, and most of them genuinely care about the customer, but current management doesn't exactly care about their employees. If they would be willing to work with the people they hire and actually utilize the talent they have on their roster, they probably wouldn't go through bodies left and right. It's a good place to eat, just expect a bit of a wait. Horrible place to work. I wish I can give it 2.5 stars because 3...
Read moreThe bar is pretty low for McDonald's already, but this particular McDs was able to drop the bar even lower. There was only 1 person ahead of me, and I still waited 20+ mins just to get a milkshake. Then, when they gave it to me, it was already melted from sitting on the back counter for 10 mins. Then I asked for a replacement, and that took another 10 mins. The poor guy in front of me waited 30 mins & ended up getting frustrated & asked for a manager. The under-trained staff didn't know what to do already, then when they went to get their manager, "James" was apparently too busy to come to the front & get things in order. Needless to say, "James," the manager is pretty worthless. What manager says they're "too busy" to get off their rear-end and come to the front to deal with a frustrated customer? The staff was a bunch of really young teenagers who were in clear need of some leadership, and their manager, "James," completely fumbled the ball. Whoever owns this McDs needs to tell "James" to shape up or hit the road...he's a pretty worthless leader who hasn't trained his staff and clearly lacks the necessary leadership skills to operate a fast-paced establishment. Bye James...time to find another job...you're terrible dude...I actually feel bad...
