Arby's — Restaurant in Universal City

I was very disappointed today. They were not busy at all but I made my order and had a coupon and it was repeated back to me. I pay for the order and I double check like always my recipt..but I was taken back by the fact that they charged me the regular price for some items that the coupon was for. I told the lady at the drive thru and she had the manager come and fix the issue. She then said she could refund it, which from my understanding was to refund the difference of the items that the coupon was for. Nope, refunded my entire order...then asked if they could help me....I then said I never received my order...yes it seems like one big misunderstanding. The manager then redid my order and put other xoupins on as well but when I got home I checked my recipt (shame on me for not checking again before leaving), one sandwich wasn't even on the order, which was repeated back to me in the beginning. It's just lack of training. But very frustrating for me when I order for 5 people and have 2 very hungry kids in my car. Got two orders of curly fries through the drive through. Watched as cashier bent my husband card luckily not breaking it. Then the drive through cashier started wiping down the counters and touched his own butt (all while in view of the window) then without washing his hands helped put my food in a bag. Aka all the germs from the regestier, the wrag he used to clean and his butt germs all came into contact with my food plus whatever cleaning solution they use. When i went in the lady running rhe fryer had no problem getting me new fries and offered to get the manger so i could talk to him. When talking to the manger he did not seem to take it seriously the fact an employee didnt wash their hands before handling food. He seemed un-interested in what i was saying and like he couldnt wait to leave the conversation. He said he would speak to the employee but honestly seemed like he heard...

One of my two favorite fast food places in the Converse/Live Oak/UC area. Other is Carl's Jr on Toepperwein. Been to both several times.

Service: 6/5. Normally spot on. Even when I'm not a great customer (bad day or whatever), I can count on them to be friendly and professional.

Food: 5/5. Always hot and fresh. Excellent by fast food standards; adequate even by some sit-downs' standards. Accuracy ratio is very high (95%).

Speed: 4/5. Typical. Good, but not mind-blowing. Any faster, though, and the food would be undercooked and sloppy. Just right!

Cleanliness/interior: 4/5. Newly remodeled! They clearly take pride in maintaining their new place. Bathroom is clean and has hi-efficiency toilet. Only gripe is it's single-stall.

Overall, awesome. I've been here several times, and will continue to frequent...
