Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in University City

My thoughts on my 3pc chicken finger combo- (no fries, extra toast) … Taste was good, cooked perfectly- light and crispy fried breading with super tender and juicy chicken cooked all the way through on the inside. My main complaint: the fact that I just paid $10 for three pieces of chicken that could arguably be the size of the actual fingers of a chicken. Why is it that three pieces of my chicken are the same size as one piece of toast?…. I’m highly disappointed at the irregularity of sizes and portions when ordering. This is my 3rd disappointment out of 7 experiences with R.Cane’s. Sometimes you get respectable pieces and sometimes you get three pieces that look like they’re actually nuggets. I don’t have time to complain about this and get a refund or replacement. I ordered this while traveling so that I could have food relatively instantly while traveling from point a, to b, to c, etc and complications like this mean I have to spend more money on food while traveling today and I’ve wasted my time because now I have to stop my routine-again- to obtain food before heading home because this clearly isn’t enough. Never walked out of a place before getting my food, but here we are. This place only hires young kids that don't give a frick and who are horribly managed. Kid 1 behind the register took the order of my friend in front of me, then when I stepped forward, kid 1 just walked away without saying a thing. After a few minutes another kid, kid 2 walks up and takes my order. Then 5 min went by...10 min... 15... 20 min go by and 5 people behind us all got their orders while my friend and I were still waiting on our simple 3 finger meals. And we were on separate tickets, taken by 2 separate people, and we know both the kids saw us just sitting there. We then walked out after waiting at least 20 min and went right across the street to Chick Fil A, where our orders came out in less than 5 min, delivered to our table with a smile and there wasn't annoying top 40 music blaring in our ears like at this "fine" establishment. I'm not going back to this location, which is the closest one to my house, meaning Chick Fil A is getting my money for the foreseeable future. OK so let’s just say I will never ever go back to another canes. Me and my son went in this past Friday night we ordered three different meals came around 33 $34. My son gave them $100 bill. They gave me a fake $20 bill. Why should I have to wait and jump through loops when you gave me fake money I would like my real money back. Then the manager tells me they check all the money you’re a liar because there’s not one mark on this $20 bill I’m a bartender I know what money is. Then he’s asking about a receipt for my records are you calling me a liar. So if you give me fake money or if there’s a bug in my food, I’m not supposed to tell you cause you don’t wanna hear it ? I’m going up there tomorrow and I want my money that shouldn’t be neglected. It should be taken care of ASAP. I gave you real money and you gave me fake in return !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am pissed.
