I’ve been coming here since you guys opened and i actually really love the drinks! but the reason i am writing this is because i wanted to talk about my experience just last week. I came in to order and the cashier told me that it would take “a little bit longer than usual” which was totally fine with us as we weren’t in a hurry. We ordered and i was busy chatting so i hadn’t really realized just how long we were waiting until after the 30min mark. I know that there was a customer who ordered like 50+ drinks before us and I also work in a similar kind of business so i get it BUT we didn’t get our drinks until an actual hour after we ordered which i think is unacceptable honestly. Not only us but about 6 more orders waiting in the lobby & one family even got a refund and left around that half hour mark. If the guy ordered before hand than there should have been more than 2 workers scheduled and if not, then 1 person should have focused on his order & the other on the lobby customers orders! I got 3 drinks & 2 of those desserts so there’s really no reason that it should have taken 61 minutes to get my order :/ Like i said i like your guys items and i still plan on coming back but just wanted to share what should have been done so that this can be avoided...
