Bruster's Real Ice Cream — Restaurant in Upland

We don't typically come to this Bruster's location but we needed a specific flavor for a birthday cake & our usual Bruster's wasn't going to have the flavor in time.... and this is how the cake looked!!! If you're going to offer custom cakes you should be have employees who can write on them adequately, this is honestly embarrassing! Also the purple frosting was SO heavily dyed that we had to scrape it off & not eat it because it smelled/tasted like chemicals (smelled like gasoline)! This location needs to get their custom cake situation in order $50+ for a custom cake is quite a bit for it to look like a toddler wrote on it and for it to smell like gasoline when opening the box.... very...

Mike and Judy were great hosts during the tour for our homeschool co-op group. They said we were their first tour, and it was great! The ice cream is made fresh, and it definitely shows in the flavor. It's delicious! The oat milk peanut butter Oreo is the best non-dairy ice cream I've ever had. They also have Italian ice and custom made birthday cakes. We'll definitely keep coming when we crave an ice cream treat. Thanks so much...

I was already a fan of Bruster’s Ice Cream, but this new location is so impressive. I was there on the first day they opened and went back again today, and it is all you can ask for in a local ice cream shop. The servers are friendly, owners enthusiastic, and the ice cream is so, so good. Great coupons, customer rewards, and free dog scoop! If you need an ice cream cake or pie, this is also the place you want to order...
