If I could put minus a 100 I would! I went to this place after I found it on Groupon. "Brazilian Gloss Keratin treatment" I was told by Daniel, " no need to buy it thru them cause they save money if it's direct" to " just bring a picture of the offer! I did ( I will attach below) I told her as well as sent her pictures of my hair so she knows what she is dealing with. I have gray hair growing too fast for me to handle and I'm hoping to start a job in customer service so I can't have that! Explained how far as well as the pictures showed where I had to do it my self with "nice and easy" roots thing to cover the gray. I wanted at the front (just a couple of strips close to my gray color) so I don't have to do roots every 10 days. She kept showing me pics of golden blond! I DID NOT WANT THAT AND TOOK 45 min before we tested explaining and showing pictures of what I had in mind! I know you can't always get exact color but to get everyThing you said you didn't want is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! I said no GOLD! No COPPER! No RED! And and the darkest brown is what I wanted for a base! The worst is that she damaged the front where there is nothing I can do with it! I have to wear a hair band cover thing all the time now!!!!! I went somewhere else to fix it. They did their best but I paid so much money it's ruining me! I reach out to Daniel and at first she said to come in so they can fix it!!! I can't trust this place with anything anymore!!! I sent her the pictures of what is has cost me so far telling her that It will vols more! Her answer was to send me her Boss' number her turned out to be this rude person " Angela" I think who wouldn't let me even talk! She kept interrupting me and BLAMING ME until I had to hang up and write this! I'm putting my reviews eve where as well as looking into where I can put an official complaint against them! I'm also adding pics of texts and bills!!!!!!! I HOPE NO ONE WILL EVER TRUST THIS PLACE! STAY AWAY! Also sent a complaint to Groupon. And I will look into every website this business has publicity on. I think everyone should be warned I wasn’t the only on who’s hair was damaged by color, cheated on by Brazilian quality or worst haircut!!! Angie ( said she was one of the partners) will yell at you if you tell them that damaged your hair. She kept yelling at me on the phone because I didn’t wait for an owner!!!! Seriously?!?!?! Danielle did an amazing job- will be coming back update- I came back and got a cut with Mia. She’s very nice but I’m going to be honest I did NOT get a curly friendly cut. I asked for a Lob because I know I have some shrinkage. I should’ve realized and stopped her when she said she would cut my hair after straightening it. You don’t cut curly hair straight. My hair was blow dried when I came in and she just cut it without washing it which felt weird but I didn’t think of why. It’s because you need to cut with the curls and wash first. There was a point where we both realized one side is visibly shorter than the other combined with layers, my hair is much shorter then a bob after washing it. My curls look thicker and longer on one side and honestly I think my hair was just thinned out too much for my natural texture. I did cry when I washed it. She’s really sweet and i’m sure she’s talented with straight hair and coloring but there was many moments I could’ve realized this was not going to be a curly friendly haircut. I graduate soon and i’m just hoping it grows out enough to get it fixed somewhere...

We bought a Groupon that was supposed to be with Danielle but she was sick that day so Mia stepped in as the stylist. My daughter has long hair and wanted a butterfly haircut. She couldn’t tell at the time because her hair was styled with curls but since she washed her hair, it is very evident that her hair was not cared for. She asked Mia for a butterfly haircut but was told she cant get one with long hair even after my daughter showed many pictures of long hair butterfly cuts. My daughter explicitly said she didn’t want her hair short but Mia had already cut off her hair and talked her into shaping out her hairstyle.

Her bangs are uneven and choppy. The right side is thicker than the left side. Her back layers are also choppy. She asked for a “u” shape at the bottom of her hair, but got a v with one side longer and uneven strands not cut. This has really dampened her spirits because it took her a long while to grow out her hair.
