Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Upland

Got fries, side salad and pancakes at 2am....salad looked funny so I moved aside the carrots and cucumber to find bad lettuce...why was I over charged for bad food, the ONLY reason ppl go get fastfood is convenience and the hope that people will care enough to not poison us or mishandle food. This trend of not giving a f@%$ is super annoying, EVERYTHING already cost WAAAAAY more than it should, fast food included....the least any place can do is be observant and knowledgeable of the quality of the food they are charging customers for, it is wrong, decietful and shows poor morals/ management to charge for a bad/defective/expired product. If you wouldn't serve this food to your own mother or grandmother.....why charge someone elses family to eat it....YOU have to be the change you want to see in others and what your showing your customers with bad/ expired food is that you only care about their money and your profits.

At least take the time to show you care and "appreciate" your customers....not just their money. 90% of what you guys serve is toxic to the human body, gmo, starch, processed meats, oils (fried foods) and sugars all bad for us in large quantities.... you should be paying us to eat your poison....if your healthiest item is already bad/ expired when I open it, that says a lot about the level of or lack of connection you have with customers....AND...

Worked here. Had to quit. Was the only black guy and the rest were mexicans..... Some of them were disrespectful to me and Manager who is Mexican as well didn't really care much. Racist ppl there. Team leader illegally clicked me out and Manager didn't answer my call nor text messages.... Still got the messages of wat I said to the manager to this day. I had to call my brothers to pull up and the team leader act like he couldn't speak a lick of english..... The next day manager spoke to me bout the situation and apologize but didn't really do anything to the team leader who racially discriminated me..... She didn't even tell the main manager Adrian.... Wen I told him wat happened bout a month later cuz I thought he knew, he was surprised..... Don't work here if u black cuz they don't treat black ppl well as they should.... Just like McDonald's down the street they all racist & wild I'm glad I quit cuz I'd lose my mind & go 2 jail if I stayed..... It's been over a month since I quit Jacks & I still ain't get my last...

My cashier tonight, Nika is amazing! I came through Drive-Thru around 10 pm with a mobile order, wanting to change two of the drinks and do a separate order of two drinks on the side. She was so patient and kind with me.

I noticed they were possibly understaffed but her swiftness and great service definitely made up for it. You can see how hard she works and the care she puts into her work. She still made time to go over my adjustment, repeat me back my order, and make sure I had everything I needed and more.

Thank you so much for your patience and great service, Nika. As well as the rest of the staff for getting us our order quickly and correctly. I hope I got her name correct as I was trying to catch it without making it...
