Jim's Burgers — Restaurant in Upland

I've never received such bad service ,we came in one person ahead of us ,we ordered in walks a couple who they all obviously knew very well so they ordered while we sat with a hungry two yr old the well known couple received all their food as we waited they finally brought my food ,so I just couldn't eat in front of the 2 yr old I went to the counter n asked for her food ,they assured me it was coming so we waited finally out comes the wife's food ,so imagine here we sit with our food and still nothing for the little one I was starting to get upset I look over and the popular couple who came in after us were finished and were leaving n they still hadn't brought our little one her easy chicken nuggets with fries ,much to my surprise they finally brought out her food ,their was another couple who had came in after us who got so mad they got up and left and I'm pretty sure they had paid and left before receiving their food ,When we came in the guy at the register asked me if this was my first time at this place I responded with a happy yes ,but now If asked i would tell him...

I cannot give this place anything less- I found it at random while working and their reviews are what drew me in. I had the pastrami sandwich with onion rings- the meat was tender, juicy, and fresh, the bread- great. It is obvious their cook gets down!! The onion rings are delicious. The only suggestion I would have is portion and price, why? Because it was one of me and the onion ring order was HUGE... like a group appetizer (therefore a waste of food) and my cost for a meal: sandwich, onion rings, and coke $24- that is extremely high for a person stopping by for lunch during work. When I heard the total I was shocked. Again, every item was amazing and top knotch and I'll be back but a lunch meal during the week should not be over $20++ It is not affordable or realistic. I still do 5 🌟 because their food is amazing but even at a restaurant a sandwich and rings isn't that much. I hope your team can look into this and do...

Showed up last night around 8 to get a 4 piece chicken tender combo. The kid that helped was really nice. After I paid $12.00, an older gentleman came to the window, and asked me to grab my phone so that I could leave a review for them on Google. When I didn't do it, and told him that I knew how to and would later, he didn't say anything at all and walked away quickly, seemingly annoyed, and disinterested.

I got my food shortly after that. My girlfriend and I started eating the fries on the way home. She had never eaten at Jim's. I told her how good it was, and I was excited to have her try it.

We arrive home, open the bag fully, and we were given an overcooked, cold burger with a bottom bun that was so soggy that we couldn't hold the burger without a wrapper because it was deteriorating.
