Horrible horrible service!!!!! I know people who used to work there and said they left this job because of how scandalous her co-workers were getting. (Inside source) If I could give them no stars I would! I wanted my dog cut really short and 5 1/2 hours later (he was one of the first dogs there) his hair was cut uneven and left long. When I Sabrina (manger) I was not happy and to cut him again she aggressively grabbed my dog out of my hands and placed the dog on the table down very hard. She started to cut him fast and ended up leaving a cut on my dog. When I got home and noticed the cut I called back and they said to bring him in the following Saturday. I took him in Saturday morning and dropped him off just fine 30 minutes later I received a nasty call saying how I needed to pick up my dog because they couldn't cut him because we left "satisfied" My family (my daughter, my niece, my nephew) have gone to this place a long time and in that time we've all seen their work ethic decline. From the first time I spoke with someone on the phone to make an appointment I got the impression these ladies really cared about their work. I had a bad experience with a groomer when my pup was about 4 months old that left me feeling horrible, that groomer had told me my pup was too anxious for grooming and told me I wasn’t welcome back at her salon. It was very discouraging and I was hesitant to try again. I found this place doing a google search and saw lots of positive reviews and gave it a shot. I am beyond pleased with the job they did for my baby and the level of care I was met with. They were very understanding of his anxiety and were able to trim his nails, brush his teeth, and even blow dry him. They gave me a thorough explanation of how he behaved during the services when I asked too. I felt so happy to hear about all of that. I cannot say enough good things about my experience today and I will definitely be back...
