I dont know what this arbys malfunction is during lunch time but I visit this arby with my friend probably once a week to get lunch for work and we always get the turkey bacon ranch and half the time I dont even get the correct sandwhich. Sometimes i get it with spicy mustard on it and mayo, which is wrong its a turkey bacon ranch, its only supposed to have ranch nothing yellow. Today I went and this time they put some spicy white sauce on my sandwhich. So my whole sandwhich I had to pitch out because it was too spicy for me to eat as im pregnant and spicy stuff makes me sick now. And I cant go back and get the correct sandwhich because i drive ten minute to this arby just so I can get a good sandwhich and I end up having to pitch it and starve for the rest of the day because someone cant read label on a bottle. I can understand this happening once as I have been in food service but not continuously happening and what they are messing up isnt even the correct color or amount of sauces. And I know the sandwiches are meant for me because It has the special instructions on it. So it is not a mix up. And the most disappointing thing is I go to lunch around 11 am so they are not even busy at all. Today we were literally the only people there ordering. They were more worried about talking and having a good time inside of the window instead of not putting spicy ranch on my friends and I sandwiches...... again...... Trust me If there was a closer arby's we could go to we would because Im tired of wasting money on a lunch I didnt...
Read moreI just bought a roast beef sandwich from Arbys on Cumberland Pkwy in Mechanicsburg and when i brought it home i opened the sandwich and took a bite. Thats when I got a distinct smell of MOLD. I opened the sandwich to look at it and it is obviously green and discolored. I immediately called the manager on duty her name is Beth and told her what I found. She requested that I bring the sandwich back to the store and when I did, she said that all of the sandwiches looked like that. Then I told her to smell the sandwich and she denied smelling anything!! Thats when a co-worker by the name of Justina came to the counter and asked me "well what is beef supposed to look like" The other sandwich that I bought from thre was a ham and cheese for my 7 year old daughter and that too was spoiled and discolored!! The manager refused to take the sandwiches back and I now have them in my possesion. I have pictures of the sandwiches and they are now being preserved in my fridge. Read moreI usually give places a 2nd chance but this location has gotten 5, 6. 7 chances. I realize "special orders" are a pain especially when busy but I was just there and it was not busy. 3 cars in lot and no one in drive thru. I went thru drive thru and neither order was right! One order was simply no tomato due to an allergy and one was no spicy sauce because of a stomach condition. I had to put my sandwich on another bun at home and paper towel off each slice of meat to eat it. I called and asked for the manager to discuss and she asked which one, there are FIVE here. FIVE! and couldn't get a very simple special order correct. Didn't even apologize. For an over $25 bill it shouldn't be a problem getting a simple special order.
