Graeter's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Upper Arlington

Hi! I just wanted to leave a positive review for my experience ordering delivery from this store. I had 2 wrong pints in my order, and I called to see what could be done about it. The manager at the time (which I can’t remember her name, maybe it was Amy?) was great. She told me the easiest way was to contact Doordash and do a redelivery. The process was easy enough and I got the correct items redelivery. She even write a note on an extra pint that apologized for the inconvenience. People make mistakes, it’s human nature and no one can be perfect 100% of the time, but I strongly believe that how mistakes are fixed is what really matters, and this manager really showed great customer service when it came to fixing this mistake. Graeter's Ice Cream is my favorite place in town to go on a late night ice cream run! It is located on Lane Avenue, not far from Ohio State's main campus. In terms of accessibility, the sidewalk does not have a steep curb so it is wheelchair accessible. However, there is no handicap button in order to get in and out of the ice cream shop. The parking lot may be hard to navigate as well because it is quite small and there is not many parking spots. The menu is large behind the counter making it easy to read and at a height that everyone is able to see it. The inside of the shop can get quite crammed when it is busy, but the staff are very willing to help accommodate if necessary. I like this location because it has a comforting neighborhood feel. We like ordering cones but occasionally like to order the little tubs to share.

Staff here are very nice and they'll let you try any flavors you're curious about. The ice cream here is a bit more expensive than many places, but the texture and flavors are delicious! The ice cream is thick and creamy, which is very good. It's nice to get ice cream and sit outside and enjoy the weather.
