Wow! This was our first time ever trying Korean BBQ. Jin helped us from the minute we walked in the door. We had been hesitant to try, but he was so helpful, we felt like we were eating at home. This restaurant is all you can eat, and it has two options. Option A, which is pricier but has higher quality mests and more variety, and Option B that is q little cheaper but has fewer options, but still some tasty choices. Each option came with yummy sides.
We were a party of 5 (2 adults, 3 children). Our youngest child was free, we paid the child price for our 4 and 5 year olds. We chose option A. The sides are a pasta salad with fresh crisp apples, kimchi, seaweed salad, a potato side dish, and some type of fish side that kids generally like.
Because we didn't know what to expect, Jin offered to bring out some suggestions for our first round. (We opted for no pork products)
After that I pretty much can't remember anything. There was shrimp, squid, filet, brisket, chicken, vegetables, you name it. That menu is extensive and even with excluding pork, we STILL didn't get to all of the choices.
Jin cooked for us, at our table, explained some of the techniques, changed the grill in between "rounds," recommended sauces and was overall super pleasant and attentive. Our kids can ask a lot of questions and he answered all of them nicely and thoughtfully.
They have a large bathroom where you can get in with kids, if needed, and the place is spacious and easily accessible, including for wheelchairs. We absolutely will be back.
I wish I had taken pictures to show how awesome it was, but we were so excited we just dug right in.

Read moreI'm not sure what others do to hate this place so much, but I go on a fairly consistent basis, and I've been over 10 times now within the last 3 years. Most recent was a few days ago on my birthday. Every server we've ever had has always been extremely nice. Maybe a bit of a language barrier sometimes, but nothing a little patience can't get through. The cost of everything is insanely high right now, so the fact I can eat as much as I want of ANYTHING for under $50 is a pretty good deal in my opinion. What finally made me leave a review now, is that it makes me sad to see such nasty reviews, as my most recent experience was my favorite. Their kimchi is my favorite, and when we were done ordering meat, we asked if we could yet just a little more kimchi, I told her because it's the best 😂 she said of course, and brought over an entire chunk, cut it right in front of us, and put some in containers for us to take home. It was so sweet, and as minor as it may sound, it really made my day. That being said, if you're turned off by the prices, or don't have the patience to take a little extra time to communicate with someone, save them your attitude and go...
Read moreWe had a bad experience here. There was only one person serving. She had no sense of good customer service. She saw there were 10 of us, we had to ask for extra glass, extra plate, extra spoon and fork. We had to wait a long time for the rice, we were told we had to wait 1 hour for the rice. Very little side dishes, since there was no rice, we had to ask for lettuce but gave us very little. Sauce was served very little too. Just to warn you, the fillet mignion is very tiny too, she gave us 2 tiny ones for 5 persons in the table. We asked for soup at the beginning of our order, it was served last and we had to ask for it several times. We gave $40 tip even through we received very poor service but she wouldn't let us leave and asked for $65 tip, even through we don't feel like she deserved to get the tip. I have been to a lot of korean bbq restaurants, but this one is by far the worst experience ever. I will nit...
