Wawa — Restaurant in Upper Darby

So today I decided to go to Wawa to grab a breakfast sandwich and some chips I noticed when I went to self check out the chips scanned the breakfast sandwich didn’t mind you I asked for assistance nobody came so I’m like I’m leaving I have to go to work and nobody is coming to help. So I asked this (white man with glasses) can I have a bag to go he looked on the register and noticed I paid for everything but the breakfast sandwich $4 then he says “oh you have to pay for that why didn’t you pay for it” in a very nasty tone in the mix of me trying to explain why I couldn’t pay for it ( it was a X on the barcode that’s why it wasn’t scanning sometimes it do sometimes it don’t) he then threatened to call the police on me I will never go back to this Wawa I always pay for any food for any drink anything I get Wawa food is not that good to be stealing and I’m saying this in the nicest way possible it’s funny he noticed me when I was trying to leave but not when I was asking for help from multiple people not to mention it was busy how do you only noticed me when I walk out with a $4 sand which that’s not paid for but not when I’m asking for help...

Wawa good has taken a drastic turn downward for years now. From the sponge-like eggs to the flavorless meat, I know what to expect.. mediocre. But at least I know I can usually rely on getting in and out quick and with friendly staff. This Wawa however, is the opposite. While some of the staff, Particularly the managers and some of the cashiers, are friendly and polite, the people behind the food counter leave a lot to be desired. It took 20 minutes this morning to get my breakfast burrito. Not because of they were busy, but because the two girls behind the counter found it more important to be chatting and making fun of some guy then make the food. I watched as they stopped mid sandwich multiple times to gesture wildly, laugh, and lean against the counters talking. All the while I and others waited for our food. Ridiculous. I won’t be back to this Wawa...

Went in tonight, getting some food for the kids and wife. Ordered 4 burgers,since it was my first time eating a Wawa burger, and boy, was I disappointed. 3 of my no-bun burgers were completely wrong. Asked for all of them to have lettuce tomatoes, cucumber of which only 2 had them. I asked for one to have hot peppers and paid extra for bacon, and got neither one. One of my burgers came with no toppings on them. None of the food was right, and after spending over 20 minutes waiting for food, this is unacceptable. $42 dollars later, and I should have read the other comments and stayed away from this Wawa for food. Wawa execs, you need to make this right. Why would you let your standards drop so far down, at a location that should be leading in service...
