Napoli Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Upper Darby

Let me start by saying $18 customized pasta dinner very disappointed in the sauce, it was very running with no consistency, I ordered the Italian sausage green peppers onion and mushrooms, sadly to inform you disappointed just like the sauce no mushrooms salad bread was burnt and very oily, and the food was room temperature when it arrived let me add this is my first time from Napoli pizza, for a place that's been around for as long as you guys have you should know how to get pasta sauce or gravy correct, the thought of you are serving stale food and made-up gravies to the public sickens me that you was so sickin me that your place pass that off as as a dinner thanks guys money well wasted have a nice day. Oh my God I can't believe I just got a response trying to justify that nasty fake food just look at the pictures are you kidding me restaurant is trash and all you can say is you use fresh food that's all you can say when the reply of a rating that I rated y'all that's all you can say so I guess you do it now that the food is trash huh because the only thing you can say is sometimes you use fresh food are you kidding me lucky the health department doesn't come there have a nice day sir look at the gravy on a spoon its watery need to give me my money back that's what you need to be talkin about no apology poor customer service with a text message poor management skills in my opinion no apology no nothing all you can say at the food is fresh look at the pictures you got the nerve...

We ordered through UberEats and the complete wrong pizzas were delivered. So after waiting 45 minutes for a large pepperoni pizza and a large sausage pizza it finally came and it was 2 large cheese pizzas which I can't stand so I had to call Napoli directly and before I could say what was wrong they said they forgot to put my toppings on. (Mind you the toppings are $2 extra PER PIZZA). They asked if they could refund the cost of the toppings but I said I want the correct pizzas so they said they would bring them. Meanwhile my children were starving so I asked if they could eat some of the cheese pizza while we wait all over again (another 45 minutes!) and they said yes. When the UberEats driver came again with the correct pizza she said they told her to bring the wrong pizzas back! So to add insult to injury they gave me the wrong food, I had to wait TWICE, and they had the NERVE to say give it back. Of course since I did ask if my children could eat some of the wrong food I gave them some but I will NEVER order from here again since they didn't even try to make it right by saying KEEP THE OTHER PIZZAS! This is appalling! No restaurant who gives you the wrong food EVER actually wants the food back that THEY messed up! PETTY BEYOND ALL REASON! This was our first AND last time EVER patronizing this business!!!! On a brighter note the UberEats driver was friendly and she apologized that they had the nerve to want...

Update: please see my original review below. Avoid this place. Keeps your credit cards numbers and charges w.o your knowledge, takes hours for delivery, food delivered cold and ignorant owner/ workers. I am so sad that this place took a turn for the worse.

Same owner, Bruno, but he has terrible, terrible service now. Took 1.5 hours for 2 pizzas. The pizza came and there was one + it was cold. Called the owner - no apology. He told me next time to come pick it up myself. He literally said that to me…….! Told him I have a family to feed. He called me back again to say he put the order in wrong originally and only put it in for one pie and he charged me w.o my knowledge for the second and was sending it. I told him forget it and I just want my money refunded. He refused. Told me he’ll give me $20 back- I tipped the delivery guy $10 prior to knowing the fiasco I was about to endure. Told him I was going to have to update my Google review. He said “good! Bad Google reviews work better” and hung up on me!

Original review: First time ordering yesterday and everything was delicious! The girl who answered the phone had great customer service! Going above and beyond to recommend different types of sauces and vegetables to mix in w the pasta. It was nice talking to someone who actually knew the menu. She even sent free fried dough for my kids bc I told her it was my first time ordering. Do recommend. New Friday night...
