Wendy's — Restaurant in Upper Darby

I'm a drive through kinda guy who would rather 'keep it moving' as often as possible so I can get more done. I stopped at this location and placed my mobile order and as I proceeded to the windows I was thwarted by current construction being done on the driveway. I couldn't proceed so I had to figure out what my options were, and there was only 1... park the car and walk around the construction to the entrance to retrieve your PREPAID MOBILE ORDER. What I thought was most exasperating? There were no signs on the ordering kiosk to let you know you would have to come in (Why not? And why was the kiosk even in service?) I told them I had just used their mobile ordering and that's when the scrambling began! It took them 10 minutes to get my order ready once I walked inside. At 4:30p.m. on Friday Dec 1st I went inside this Wendy's since the dining room was open. There was only one car in the drive thru and 3 people in the dining area. The cashier was very rude, ignoring me while she sat adjacent to the area and continued to ignore me as her coworker asked her to take my order. She gave no greeting and continued to remain unpleasant. After paying for my order I went to get my drink and the station with lids and napkins was dirty and all the lids were gone. The cashier that took my order announced my name and dropped my tray of food on the counter. I took my tray of food over to a table where I noticed a bad odor and saw the trash cans were overflowing at both locations by the doors and clearly had not been emptied in quite some time. The whole dining area smelled bad. I WILL NEVER EAT...

PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE THEY MESS With the food price items . When you go they will say it only comes large no signs suggest or say you can only order that at certain times as day or anything ! Menu still says MED COMBOS PEOPLE ! The response from the work is “ my manager said this” . Literally stealing money right out of your pocket . I went the few times after they said only selling larges! it was 5pm !!!! I went to today for the very last time ! “ placed the order as medium the girl said you can only get large if you come in you can get medium !!!! Who makes these rules !
