McDonald's — Restaurant in Upper Deerfield Township

We go here only because it is local. The food is usually good, compared to any other McDonald’s. However, the service here is not even adequate. Employees do not greet or smile and actually appear to be angry at customers. Like really? We are paying customers. At least say hi or thank you or have a nice day. Every once in a while I will get someone who provides top customer service and it is so refreshing. But it is rare. They need to hire a customer service coach to help these employees. Just for the record, I worked at a McDonald’s in the 1980’s. So I understand. I also recently moved back to the area after living in Texas who is known for their customer service and hospitality. Which many of them talked about how rude people from NJ are. I tried defending my state but I see it now more than ever. It is so easy to be kind. Especially when people have choices and are actually paying...

What can I say. The person taking the order was rushing to take my order (there was no one in front or behind me)... I am assuming they didn't want to be at work. The guy taking the payment was pleasant. Asked me if I wanted a receipt... I said no. Went to pick up window. There was no acknowledgement that I was even there. They handed me the bags one at a time... And when I mean one at a time it was here's a bag... Closes the window for a couple of minutes... Here's the other bag... Closes the window again. They did this 5 times. On the last one they shut the window and then stared at me. They open they window and I asked them for my happy meal drinks. She asked me if I had a receipt? Umm no... You just handed me the Happy meals. The whole experience...

They took for ever to bring my order. I bought a salad and when I opened it it had a paper inside, I told the girl and no apology was given. For far away i heard the maneger to ask me if i wanted my money back. The workers are shouting at each other without any respect, they are very disrespectful. I went to the bathroom and only one was in function. I ordered ketchup and they did not have any. The ice maching could not hold the ice so it was throwing ice without stoping, They have a bucket caching the ice .There was so much fly that i could not eat inside the restaurant i had to leave. There were a lot of dead flys on the floor. I would never go back to...
