McDonald's — Restaurant in Upper Dublin Township

Edit: new management has taken over and they're doing great. The food is always hot correct and served quickly. The whole team is a massive improvement over the last. It's a bit annoying when I'm asked to pull up to the door when there's nobody behind me in the drive thru, but otherwise this McDonald's is seriously amazing right now.

I recently had a frustrating experience at a McDonald's location that used to be great. Today, however, my visit was far from satisfactory. Despite having a prepaid online order and only one car ahead of me, I waited for a surprisingly long 25 minutes in the drive-thru line. Even more perplexing was the fact that I spent 12 minutes behind just that one car.

Upon reaching the window, I was informed that they had run out of smoothies, which prompted me to request a refund. Unfortunately, they didn't have enough cash on hand to refund the cost of a single small smoothie. To make matters worse, my burger, ordered without onions, appeared to have extra onions on it. The staff instructed me to wait in a parking spot while they remade my burger, causing the rest of my food to grow cold.

Eventually, my burger arrived, missing bacon this time. After another 5 minutes, I finally received the correct burger. Disappointingly, the fries were burnt and the entire meal was cold by the time I got home.

It's disheartening to witness such a decline in service quality at this particular McDonald's. The drive-thru wait times were bafflingly long, orders consistently arrived with mistakes, and the customer service was far from polite. Menu items were frequently unavailable, and even the simplest requests for sauce were forgotten every time.

Given my recent experiences, I can confidently recommend heading down the street to Wendy's instead. At this point, Wendy's surpasses this particular McDonald's location in every imaginable aspect, making it a much better choice for a satisfying...

Placed my order thru drivethru. Was asked ro pull ahead. I waited minimal time but got all the way home to find my daughters chicken mcnuggets were not in the bag. Attempted to call back and phone rings constant busy.

I attempted to give them another try. I ordered on the app. Went thru drive thru to pick it up. The order was nuggets, fries and shakes. My turn at the window the attendant opened window threw my bag and shut the window. I look inside no sauce. I was gonna ask for sauce when he brings the shakes. He opened the window surprised to see me. I said i need sauce and my shakes. He says pull forward. I said for sauce and shakes. He shuts the window. I waited he came back with the next order and said pull forward. I said my food is getting cold. He said pull forward. I said how long till i get the rest. He said 2 minutes. I waited 6 minutes after watching 4 cars pull out. I waited another 4 minutes until somebody finally walks by. I told them i now have cold food while waiting on shakes and sauce. I did get the shakes and sauceand went home to eat...

If you are in the area, only visit during the day. The night team is awful. They constantly close way earlier than their closing times. I once made an online order and they told me they were closed an hour before they should’ve and I explained that I paid for an order and basically said that it was a me problem. They said that half the team left already so I went in the next day. The day management and workers are amazing and they have excellent service. I told one of the managers and I wish I could remember her name but she was very empathetic and embarrassed that the night shift did that. They gave me my order and threw in some more things for free. Never had an issue during the day and I wish I could give a five star for them but the night shift is like a totally...
