Update: Months later and they still don’t know how to make a salad. I avoided ordering food at the kiosk since they gave me lettuce I was allergic to, but I decided to try again seven months later and they still managed to mess up my salad. Ordered the same thing I usually do, I usually get chicken strips plus extra and I was so focused on making sure they didn’t give me lettuce that I was allergic to that I didn’t even notice they didn’t give me any chicken strips. So not only did they forget the first set of chicken strips. They also forgot the extra. Never ordering food here again.
I never usually write reviews, especially when my experience is typically good but this is an allergy issue. Tonight I ordered a salad through the app. I asked for spring mix but was given romaine. Unfortunately, I am allergic to romaine lettuce and me being so exhausted from work didn’t notice until after a few bites. I drive a truck for a living and I stopped to get gas and thought against my better judgement to get a quesadilla. I got the chicken fajita quesadilla. These are pictures of how the chicken is prepared to be placed in the quesadilla. This is really pathetic. Three pieces, chunks if you will one in each piece of quesadilla. This chicken is heated in a bag a put into a container in a hot station. Since it's already prepared shouldn't be shredded. You at Wawa need to really examine what you have become and think about shrinking the menu to specialize in the items you prepare best, you probably throw away most of your food anyway. I unfortunately could not tell you what you do best anymore. What made you what you are were your hoagies and good lunch meat, NOT ANYMORE....

I frequent this wawa weekly and no matter how kind you are to checkout person, Gary, he is always unpleasant. The public has no control over how long the app takes to open. Since I have anxiety, I always have the app open. Due to an update on the app, it said I had to updated before checkout. As often as I visit different wawas, I have NEVER been made to feel ashamed when the app takes a second to load; until Gary.
Gary, if you don't like your job, the world doesn't need to know it. I don't appreciate your condescension or your aura. Stop shaming people and fake it till you make it, like the rest of us. I will checkout in any other lane...
