Wendy's — Restaurant in Upper Dublin Township

If it was possible to put 0 stars I would. This Wendy's is terrible. The people are nothing but rude and every time I come here my order is always messed up or missing something. Sometimes even my food is cold. And whenever someone is on break we have to use the kiosk. Like I don't mind doing that but sometimes I forget my card and I use my phone but the card reader on the kiosk doesn't allow tap. Very inconvenient. The place is also FILTHY no one cleans that dining room. Is disgusting to be honest with you. Today my boyfriend came through the drive thru and when he was going to pay, the older guy said to him "hi sir I don't know your total" like how hard is it to look at the screen and read the numbers. It's crazy to me how the employees there don't know how to do their job and when you try to tell them what was wrong with the order they just give you attitude, grant most of the time that is when we go at night and I understand the staff are tired but it doesn't give you the right to be rude. I ordered through the drive thru yesterday and while ordering the Wendy's employee was impatient and rude rushing me to make my order. When I ordered my food he told me to come around to the next window and so I did. He asks for my card and then starts practically tosses the soda onto my hand, causing it to constantly spill on my car and lap. I told him about it and all he said was "you good cuz." not sounding apologetic at all. I wanted to get an exact name of this employee but unfortunetly he didn't even have a name tag on. I didn't even get the food yet he told me to then park and wait for them to take it out and give me my order. So I waited....and waited and waited for this food and after 45 minutes later I finally got my food. Now I'm a very patient person but come on it was on a Sunday with NO ONE in the restaurant or behind me in the drive thru. That's ridiculous and poor service like come on. Wendy's will not be having my money no more because of this poor service, I know plenty of other places that will appreciate their customers and treat with more decency then...

EDIT: Used to go here 1 or 2 times a week. Service started getting worse around Feb 2024 (incorrect orders, half filled fries, etc.) Ordered via app on a Friday night in March 2024. Arrived about 12:15 AM. Told they closed early and everything packed up (on a Friday night!). App already processed order so couldn't cancel. Person at drive thru window couldn't do anything about it. Submitted request online for refund. Told local store will reach out and provide refund. Never happened. Haven't been back since. Used to be good place to go. Too many other options around to deal with this. Original Review: The food is usually good here. The people are very nice. It is probably the only place to get food very late. They are open to 1 AM, even Sundays. Drive thru is usually quick, especially after 9 PM.
