2 HOUR 20 min FOR MY PIZZA! absolutely unacceptable. I'm a very understanding person but 2 hours 20 min for a pizza, bread sticks and tatertots. I called after an hour and a half and was told they got slammed with orders and the driver is on the way, he did apologize... half hour later, I call again he says the driver is 10 min away (apologized again) i appreciatethat some things are out of your control but just be honest...Finally my pizza arrives at 10:20pm ordered at 7:55pm delivered without a hot bag, boxes are soaked thru with grease and crushed. Open pizza and it's stuck to the top of the box . My barely room temperature pizza absolutely terrible to boot. $50 ($40.61 +tip) for a crappy pizza and worse experience. I want my money back Domino's and I am not one to go "Karen" and ask for a refund. I'm sorry Domino's but this was absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with any pizza place. If you were running late, just tell me don't lead me to believe it's going to be 10 min and it's another half hour. I would've canceled. Oh and this is the not the first time this has happened so not a one time thing. Last time I ordered I know it was at least an hour and a half to arrive and I had to call repeatedly. Unacceptable. Read moreBeen using online order and delivery from this location for 7 years... recently this place has gone down hill. I completely understand staffing shortages can have a part in this however the employees and management need to hold thereselves accountable. Ordered delivery today at 12:30 pm the delivery driver shows up with the wrong order at 1:10... she apologized and said she would go grab my order that she forgot at the store. When she left I called and asked to speak to the store manager to ensure that my order was in fact ready to be delivered. The woman told me oh ok I'll remake it. What? Are you serious?? So I asked her if I was going to have to wait another 40 mins because of their mistake and her response was "well I can just cancel it" ... I said you rather cancel my order then just refund me the 6.99 delivery fee for the inconvenience? Then I asked for her name as she confirmed she was the store manager and she refused to give me it. What is this? Poor management, poor staff. Poor customer service skills.... you all can do better... thank you marios pizza for always coming through correctly... domininos should just close their doors...

The email told me my pizza (3 miles from my house) would be ready in 15-20 min; no matter what, it should never take almost an hour and a half to arrive. When I called after an hour concerned, a woman said "There were five other deliveries, it will get there EVENTUALLY", she assured me it would not be cold. I called back after the pizza arrived COLD, a gentleman answered (and I use that term loosely). He was rude, unapologetic and told me that "these things happened"- he turned out to be the nightshift manager. I asked to speak with someone higher up than him, "who is your manager", he responded "uh, I don't know, Charlene", I said "you don't know who your manager is?" and he said "don't take things so literally". Just an utterly rude, unprofessional, punk kid. I will NEVER EVER eat at this restaurant again.
