Started travelling out of my way for dunkin as the service here is the worst i have ever had. Very rude people they do not talk to you, tell you your total, no thank you, no hi, nothing. Very unfriendly and very rude every time.

I really wanted to update this review and say that they had changed things around since I contacted corporate for how poor the service and manners of the people working there had been, but it looks like that wont be happening. Things had seemed to have changed, but I realize now that your experience all depends on who is working. There are two people in particular who are very rude, and quite frankly somehow manage to suck at making coffee. I always greet them with a "hello how r u" and say "thank you" at least twice, but those two people just give you dirty looks, shove your stuff out of the window, and...

Came here for lunch yesterday (4/14/25) at around 12 pm on a road trip from Central New Jersey to Gatlinburg, Tennessee. I placed a walk in order and ordered 2 drinks, some donuts, and 25 Glazed Blueberry munchkins and a sweet black pepper bacon sandwich on a everything bagel without the egg and the cheese. I ordered a sour cream donut, a creme delight, and a glazed strawberry donut. These donuts they do not have back where we live and wanted to try. Sadly, they were out of glazed strawberry donuts, and I got a glazed blueberry donut instead, not a big deal. All of the donuts were very good and tasty. Stores inside and outside was nice compared to stores back in NJ, it's just that the condiment area was a little trashy and with a bite of garbage around but not a big deal. Overall good...

Update:

I ordered from the app from home. When I pulled up to the drive thru the board had a message welcoming me telling me to pull up. I'm not sure how that works! Very cool.

The food was being prepared and was ready very fast.

Fast delicious coffee. Drive thru is a plus. Very clean inside and comfortable.

I have noticed both an upgrade in the food at Dunkin (the wraps and brisket bowl are actually very good). And everyone that works at my local Dunkin are EXTREMELY nice and attentive.

The app is offering a great reward program with huge deals lately.

My ONLY suggestion is to make sure to heat the good full through. Too often I am getting wraps where it is much cooler in the middle...
