Anyone saying that this is a good place to stay hasnât been fully awake or opened up their eyes when giving any bit of a good review. My husband and I drove from North Carolina to stay in this hotel for one night and we shouldâve slept in our vehicles. We checked in at 8pm and asked if they offered a AAA discount the lady told me that the room prices were already cheap... well that really wasnât an answer to my question but I let it slide and it was late so after a 9 hour car ride I just wanted a place to sleep, I asked for an extended checkout which all they could offer is an hour extra (checkout time 11am and they accommodated the late checkout for noon) originally I needed 2pm but accepted the noon checkout because something is better than nothing. I went straight for the bathroom once we got our key âworkingâ (which was a hole other annoyance I wonât get into) I immediately noticed that the toilet paper looked ripped and shredded, not folded in the typical triangle and the toilet seat was discolored (which I took pictures of) and there was someonelses hair in the corner of the bathroom floor.. I later get ready for bed and plug in my charger and realize the drawer is missing completely from the night stand and there was a sugar coated gummy worm to the left of the night stand! Absolutely discustingly disappointed with everything and to top it off the front desk called our room at 11:20am to remind us that we were late to checkout.. after we told them we had a late checkout already approved for noon the front desk lady apologized and remind us room service had to âcleanâ before checkin time which was 3pm. Considering the room wasnât cleaned upon our arrival or if thatâs their standard of clean it wouldnât take them more than 10min to make the bed and refill the towels because at best thatâs all they did! I feel like I wouldâve Been better off sleeping in my car and saving $125, at least I...

These girls are horrible and inconsiderate. I was trying to pay for my room. My card was 10 dollars short and they wonât accept cash or partial payments.
I tried to pay with another card but the pending transfer wouldnât go through at hotel (bank confirmed my amount). The bank confirmed the amount and these rude employees said if they double swiped my card they system would not let it go again. So I have 3 ways to pay but canât.
They wouldnât allow my BF or parents to pay over the phone because they said I can only pay in person.
I had 3-4 ways to pay and sat in my car for 3 hrs so a friend could pay.
I called a month before with follow up calls specifically requesting that our rooms be next to each other or as close as possible. They said that it was based on availability but they would do their absolute best and were nice about it before.
After I had a 7 hr drive to Pennsylvania, waited in my car for 3 to 4 hours for my friend, they put our rooms on the first and third floor. It was so inconsiderate after they refused all option for payments and itâs like they didnât even try. Then the supervisor at the counter proceeded to tell me that I âneeded to chillâ as I was walked to the elevator. She clearly though I didnât hear her. Excuse me? What kind of service is this? Honestly they did it to be rude and they laughed a little to. Unbelievably unprofessional and...
Read moreWhile this was conveniently located, we will not be staying here again for two reasons: Poor breakfast options and the state of the room.
My husband is coeliac, so he needs gluten free. When we asked about the breakfast, the receptionist didnât even know if there were gluten free options. Fortunately, I had packed food just in case, but if we had relied on that, he would have had nothing to eat. Plus, as Europeans, we can tell you that American âcontinentalâ breakfasts are poor. They look nothing like a true continental breakfast. The main issue, though, is lack of any information on allergens for anyone who has dietary needs. This is not the place to go.
As for the room, while it was quite large and the bed comfortable, the state of the room was poor. Iâm surprised the hotel let us stay in the room, to be honest. We had paint peeling off the walls. The walls were covered in filler that had not been sanded or painted over. The windowsill was part wood and part poorly painted on white primer.
Worst of all, the room had clearly been a smoking room previously. It stank of the stale smoke you get in a house that used to be a smokerâs home. The kind of smell that takes years to get rid of.
In all honesty, weâve stayed in less expensive hotels that were in better repair and had a much better breakfast option than this place.
We didnât bother to complain to management because, based on the state of the hotel, we figured every room would have...
