Terrible service. I just got mine, at 9:35pm from the Nazareth location and I stood outside the window with a kid sitting on his phone for 5 minutes, he looks up for 20 seconds all around but fails to looo in the only direction I’m standing at. Not only was he on his phone but he also got my order wrong, did not get the flavor I wanted. There’s a reason why there’s a rule indicating no phone usage while on the clock for ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB!! If I had sat there like that on my phone while working front register at McDonalds when I worked there, its grounds for immediate termination. Always be vigilant of customers cuz u can’t pay attention while on the phone. I’m 24 years old and I even know this rule. Stopped in to get the family a treat after dinner since they worked hard in the yard all day. After serving us, the young man behind the counter extended his hand and said, "Thank you for your service!" I shook his hand, wondering how in the world he knew I was a vet...then my better half pointed out my key chain with the 'U.S. Air Force' and 'Remove Before Flight' tags on them. He was polite, professional, friendly and courteous! It seems every time we stop there, the servers are pleasant and helpful, and the treats are great without fail.
