Burger King — Restaurant in Upper Township

I always mobile order and go through drive thur but I am always waiting five minutes so I decided to go in the store there were three workers there running everything the guy that waited on me was very nice the three staff there were all very nice so now I know why I wait in drive thru because they don't have no help which I can understand that the help they do have have to do everything but it was clean inside the staff was very nice helpful so next time I am in drive thru won't be complaining because they are very short staff the staff they do have do an amazing job I did give it five Stars but as I kept going back there because I don't live that far that's when things get worse I waited over 20 minutes to get my mobile order while I was waiting I saw a staff member kept playing with her hair then taking orders and touching people's food and yelling at the manger the manger was telling back they had three people working and no help and then the young woman would drop cups in the floor and put them back where the clean cups were I also found out because it's a small town that this burger King will hire just anyone even if the people are on drugs I guess they are that desperate for help that they don't care who they hire it's a...

I stopped here last week after work I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I pulled up. I glanced over at the drive thru and the lady working there had a kind smile for her customers at the window; great first impression! Then I walked in . The restaurant was bright and clean. The gentleman at the counter greeted me as soon as I walked in. He was extremely professional and courteous and patient. He could have been management.. a true gem! Then, the same lady from the drive thru handed me my large order with the same great smile . They were sure to remember all the extras, ketchup, salt , napkins, etc. I haven't been to a Burger king in over 10 years due to a bad food experience. If I could give negative stars I would!!! We just walked into the Marmora NJ Burger King. The employee started to take our order but was abruptly taken off the register by the manager and put on drive thru duty...IN THE MIDDLE OF TAKING ORDER. The cook and manager then proceeded to yell at my husband while he was trying to ask if anyone was going to finish taking our order. The cook told us several times to GO SIT DOWN!!! We thought the manager would finish taking our order but instead we were told " We'll get your order when we get to it...GO SIT DOWN!!" I will be telling EVERYONE about this experience and will never go to that...
