Went to order today, Dec 1 at around 5:30pm. I approached the cash register ready to order and was told by Steven “that my order was not being taken right now” so I patiently waited for a couple minutes. When it was time to take my order, I ordered and requested if I could get salt and pepper. Steven rudely replied that they don’t have salt and pepper. I thought I had gotten some at a different location in the past and told him I’ve gotten it before. He IMMEDIATELY started calling me a liar… over salt and pepper. He then proceeded to tell me how he’s worked at Jimmy John’s for 6 years, like I cared. I would expect him to have some decency working for Jimmy John’s...

This location really needs to get it together or hire a new manager. In the past year I've ordered from here several times as it's the location that delivers to my home. Typically they take an hour or even more to deliver. About 4 out of these times I've called back to cancel the order because it's there has been no communication on delivery times or situations. Communication is key!! If this location is not able to deliver in at least 30min since they are short staffed why are they even offering delivery as an option!? Just remove the option from this location. I keep coming back to give them another chance but they always disappoint. Also JJ should probably drop the "freaky fast" talk because this location is...

Service is fast and friendly! I can always expect to get in and out in less than 5 minutes (sometimes, even 1!) depending on how long the line is. The sandwiches always taste great and fresh, and sometimes I treat myself to their cookies which are AMAZING. The only thing that stops me from frequenting this place is the price; often the sandwich is too much for me to eat all at once, but not enough to save half for later, so it feels like I have to eat the entire thing.
