KUNG FU TEA (URBANA) — Restaurant in Urbana

Ive been going to the kung fu tea on 6th for almost five years now, I was very excited to go to this new one because it's way closer to my house. I ordered a winter melon green tea which I've ordered SEVERAL times from the other location. This drink has NO flavor, it tastes like sweet milk and NOTHING else. I tried to talk to the bobarista about how my drink had no flavor and I always get this drink and know how it should taste and she just kept telling me no and wouldn't fix the drink or anything. I am extremely disappointed as I was planning to make this my regular location so I don't have to travel across campus but if this is how it's going to be than I rather travel across campus and not waste my money. $9 for a glass of milk is NOT...

I recently visited Kung Fu Tea and ordered the Taro Milk Green Tea with fewer pearls, large size, and regular ice. This has always been one of my go-to drinks, and they did not disappoint! The taro flavor was rich and smooth, blending perfectly with the green tea for a unique taste that isn’t overly sweet. The drink was delivered without a straw and the nata jelly's texture was kinda.. crunchy?? Like watermelon????? 💀 When I called to ask what happened, they just said they can't really do anything about it and I would have to just go to the store to pick up a straw. I kind of understand that it was the delivery driver's fault and not really something the store itself can control, but I couldn't even get the delivery fee refunded and had to make a trip to the store personally to get the straw...
