awful experience! my son, who has social anxiety, ordered a SANDWICH for lunch. then after we paid and we're waiting he realized they wrote down "6 inch". So he went up to make sure it was a sandwich and not a sub. She goes back to tell the lady making it. The lady making it tells out to me " well I already have it in the steamer!" I apologized, but said he did ask for a sandwich when he ordered. She rolled her eyes and was slamming stuff around. We were surprised by the many menu options. My wife got a chicken salad sandwich (she loved it), I got a reuben. The corned beef, dressing, kraut & cheese were exceptional. I opted for wheat bread in order to get the larger sandwich, next time I'll stick with the rye. Also, the sandwich is steam heated, my preference is grilled, but it was still awesome. Service was great - friendly & helpful. We look forward to Mumford's being one of our regular go...
