Ordered a couple soft pretzels to go. Forgot my ID so we had to wait outside. They brought me the bill ahead of time, and since all they do is heat up the pretzels I didn’t find a tip necessary. We waited over 30 minutes for the heated up pretzels outside while they were slow with only a couple tables inside. We checked in twice to see how much longer and was told there are other food orders ahead of us. So after over a half an hour wait in the snow outside, we were brought the pretzels and the employee commented on how we didn’t even tip!! How unprofessional! Would never recommend grabbing any of their overpriced food to go. So many other better options along the mountain.
